nurse is high skill high reward but can be kited and juked if you are skilled enough which by the sounds of your rage... you arent. also as for NOED... theres a theory going around about how the skilled survivors treat NOED an easy solution i thought of in the first 30 seconds of reading the perk on my third week playing..
