Can someone explain the new lore to me?
I took a break before Blight and Felix came out so I missed out of the new lore. Now with Elodie and the Twins, it seems like they are all connected. Could someone explain it all to me?
What I know already is that Felix and Elodie's parents with wealthy members of society and were a part of this group called "The Imperiatti." I'm assuming that The Imperiatti fought off the Entity whenever it was summoned. Now how does this relate to the Twins and The Blight?

simple answer: The Twins were sold off to the cult that worships the Entity while Talbot was part of a monk organization of a ancient mystery school that has knowledge of the Entity
while different chapters, the survivor and killer are from separate universes to each chapter (especially the licensed ones) the past 2 chapters seems to exist in the same universe,
said universe being a world were secret societies are aware of the Entity's existence, these societies would discover how to summon the Entity or do research on how it works, with a few organizations would worship the Entity as a god and make sacrifices.
