Snapping Out Of It counts as a healing action for Botany Knowledge but not Coulrophobia
I'm currently watching Puppers' stream and he was facing a Doctor at one point. He was using Botany Knowledge, but what everyone noticed was that Botany Knowledge affects Snapping Out Of It.
I understand why Coulrophobia doesn't affect Snapping Out Of It, but if Coulrophobia doesn't affect it, then Botany Knowledge shouldn't either.
In this clip, Puppers comments on how Botany Knowledge speeds up SOOI, but I make a Bits donation of 100 to tell him that Coulrophobia doesn't affect it.

And for those of you who don't believe that, this is an excerpt from the Wiki, under 'Trivia', for Coulrophobia (Link);
The Developers should make a decision regarding this change then;
1. Make both Botany Knowledge and Coulrophobia affect Snap Out Of It, or
2. Make neither affect Snap Out Of It.
Alternatively, they could change Snap Out Of It to not be a healing action so this wouldn't happen to begin with.

Can we discuss this, please? This could be a balancing problem for the Doctor, and it could be considered somewhat unfair that Survivors can speed up their recovery but he can't slow theirs down (without the Discipline add-on of course).

The point is that essentially very gimmiky builds would effect it. Imagine a doctor going heavy with the electricity and running nurses calling, distressing, unnerving pressence, AND clourophobia.

The last option is the best, they tried to make it considered one to pseudo buff botany knowledge and give nurses calling a use on doctor, but they really just made it needlessly complicated.2

I’d prefer it to either be one or the other. There’s no need to over complicate things by making it inconsistent.2

You aren't a dev , they are , and they choose what to do.
It's fine as it is.
You don't have enough things to pick on?

The devs said when they came out with this perk they purposely excluded it from working on snap out if it to keep it from becoming an essential and overpowered perk for the doctor who weaponizes his terror radius. No other exceptions were to be made because they weren't game changing1

It's fine how it is. It's not "overly complicated." Let's not be dramatic1

Coulro is already really good on Doc for anti-heals, it'd be broken if it worked on snap out of it because it would just take forever. You'd never lose madness, especially because if he runs Coulro he is running Distressing and probably calm add-ons.
