Broken Totem Spots

This is my first time encountering a totem that could not be cleansed, it was under the tractor on rotten fields, it happened to be the spirits undying totem which gave her some help lol. I thought these spots were fixed? Has anyone else encountered these.

Seriously. These totem spots are STILL an issue even after the devs said they were going to fix/improve totem spawns over a year ago.
Everything is in order.
