Everyone hates Spirit but WHERE even is she?
I have not seen spirit in so long. And while we are on the topic same goes for doctor, clown, trapper, and ghostface. They were so popular and now I barely see them

I don't see spirit much. But I do see trapper, and ghostface.
Clown and doctor is occasional.
This is my experience in the last 30 days or so.

I rarely ever see a Trapper or a Spirit.
I have seen plenty of Clowns, Doctors, and Ghostfaces, though.

See more spirits than nurses, but they are not as popular. Not sure why, but I believe she is the killer that relies the most on sound, you need headphones to be able to do well with her. That alone is a first barrier for players,

Honestly, I stopped seeing so many Spirits after crossplay was enabled. Don't know why, maybe it's because people think she only relies on sound and that sounds are easier to mess with on PC, maybe it's because the increased number of survivors have spread them out a bit more, I don't really know.

She's boring, that's why you don't see very often. Don't get me wrong, i love spirit, but after 2 games i just wanna alt f4 because i'm bored and i wanna play something else or just go outside for a walk.
Maybe it's just me, but in all the games i've played, the strongest characters are very boring to play.
For example in DBD, i can play demo for 2 hours straight without getting bored, but playing spirit, maybe 20-30 minutes.

How often you come across certain killers will vary. Right now, I've been seeing a ton of Nurses.

WHY is spirit?

I used to main Spirit, but I've always had trouble tracking via sound in this game, so I relied mostly on scratch marks and collision. The audio keeps getting worse and she no longer has collision. I barely ever touch her anymore.
I haven't seen Spirit much when I play survivor, either.
Edit: I forgot to mention that scratch marks often act kinda weird, too, especially since dedicated servers. Sometimes they show up super late. Plus, scratch marks have always been difficult to see on some maps, like Ormond.

I just had 4 spirit games in a row.
3 of them had ruin undying.
1 had noed.

I don’t know. I haven’t seen her since they fixed that echolocation bug, I don’t think. Maybe once, but she’s super rare for me.
All I get these days is Nurses. I had like 5 matches of Nurse back to back the other day, I ended up turning off the game.

I can only say for myself, but I find her boring to play as. The Hits dont really feel deserved, Spirit is probably the Killer with the second-most 4Ks on my side (first one is Hag, lol), still I dont enjoy her. When going against her, I see quite a few Spirits, but the less, the better.
I see a lot of Huntress, yesterday I went against like 6 of them. Also for some reason I see at least 2 Bubbas every day lately.

Most common killers for me at red ranks: Huntress, Pyramid Head and Spirit. I sometimes see a Deathslinger or too.

Trapper was heavily manipulated by his father into mass murdering a bunch of innocent mine workers, he then killed his father for this. Though his actions weren't innocent, he was. He also heavily resisted the entity until he was massively tortured.
Nurse I can't remember why he was sent to the entity's realm as a chosen one, but when she blinks, her screeching is her sounds of pain, blinking is as painful as ripping ones self apart and back together again.

A lot of people who play killer understand that she is pretty unbalanced compared to the other killers and don't feel fair using her. Even Scott Jund has said he finds her fun to play but unless he is going against a top SWF team or people he knows to be toxic he isn't playing her because it makes him feel bad because they don't stand a chance. Same with otzdarva who did 50 win streak on multiple killers and said when he did spirit it was by far the easiest and there were maybe 2 matches out of 50 where he actually felt challenged.
Also with the amount of survivors that dislike her means a lot of matches they will either dc or just run at her get downed and suicide on hook then everyone else in the match does the same so there isn't much point playing her when everyone gives up from the start.

As you can see it is decently distributed for the most part but spirit is one of the more populair killers soo you should see her enough really.

The way she plays isn't for everyone. I simply don't find her very enjoyable to play and even though I'm not entirely sure why I just have a more enjoyable time playing something else, so I don't play her.
It's not as extreme as with something like Hag or Nurse, but she does play in a very specific way and if you don't enjoy that way you're not gonna enjoy playing as her.

Can't say for sure if Sally counts, but she could be innocent, though it heavily implies her job at the asylum kinda made her mad and when she snapped she went and "Did what she felt was necessary." with ideas of purification rattling around her skull it's not hard to see her being what they call an "Angel of Mercy". All we know for sure is that someone took fifty-four lives there and Sally was the only one left.
If we're exonerating her and Trapper, who did his foul deeds because he idolised his father and was manipulating him, we have to do the same for Hillbilly, (Tortured and abused to madness.) Hag, (Same, but with cannibalism!) Bubba, (Both of the aformentioned.) 3/4ths of Legion, (Manipulated and groomed into killers.) After that we have to let Pig and Deathslinger off their hooks for also being groomed and manipulated, Huntress, ("Abandoned" ((Mom sacrificed herself to save her)) while a child and doesn't know anything more than survival.), by proxy Demogorgon, who's just a predator and trying to feed and live, and by that logic, The Twins, and Blight of all people could also be pardoned... :/
Yeeeah, Imma go with Spirit as the only one who hasn't earned their torment, she was the only one without blood on her hands.
Now that I look at the new (and to be honest, old lore had him murder vigo too) Wraith lore, while justified, he did that. XD

Honestly I agree a lot of them don't deserve what they got. Some more or less than others but all the aforementioned stories paint them as victims of circumstance, especially, now you point it out, The Twins

I don't see Spirit *that* often anymore tbh. Dunno why either, maybe people got bored of her. But then again I see a ludicrous amount of Freddy. I swear every 1st survivor match I play it's a Freddy. Every time. Nothing makes me want to quit playing more than seeing that stupid fedora-wearing idiot in my first game. I'd honestly rather go against a Spirit at this point, at least the match would be quick.
