BHVR said they generally and loosely want to follow the 50/50 rule for chapters (half licensed, half original) but that shouldn't be a 100% guarantee that the next chapter is licensed. We already know the 5th anniversary chapter will be licensed so two licensed chapters back to back are possible. My guesses?

I do agree with you,and Clive Barker recently procured his rights back ,to get people back into the series, this would be an obvious opportunity to put Hellraiser in DBD,I do remember one of the devs mentioning his friend has the same name as one of the writers on the Hellraiser movie's.
If we get both of the Barker boys in the same year ,its really going to be lit.

Yeah. I don’t know, but I would say Alien is a bigger franchise and more worthy for the anniversary? Still think we will get RE for the 5th. Candyman once the movie is out. And some other license no one thinks about now maybe next chapter. That’s it for licenses till 6th anniversary: Alien

The next chapter is going to be OG.
The anniversary chapter is a 3-way race between Candyman, Child's Play, and Resident Evil.
Either way, Candyman is happening this year. Tony Todd teased it heavily in spring of last year.
Hellraiser, Alien, FT13, and IT are not happening sadly due to legal reasons and/or being declined. MCote has disconfirmed all of them multiple times.

1000000000% guaranteed the 5th year chapter is licensed. My guess is Resident Evil but until they release the 5th year logo then I won't speculate much.

Yep that's pretty much my guess to.Nemesis, Mansion or Laboratory and Legendary skin's for Jill and Chris.If they add the mansion, it's so much space to work with .The garden area ,the courtyard upstairs and downstairs the hallways,that map is going to be so cool.
