More simple Pig and trapper changes

For Trapper:

Change the traps to more of a break free over time kind of mechanic. For the first 3 attempts, the survivors trying to escape can only weaken the trap and THEN you can add the RNG aspect to it. This will help with consistency and allow the trapper to have a better chance of catching a survivor when he walks distances that are far away.

For Pig:

Allow survivors to have a guaranteed failed trap attempt on the first search of a jigsaw box. This makes the traps just a lil' bit more consistent and at least get some more slowdown. Also, her ambush could use just a few tweaks (for buffs).

The Pig I feel could be a really good killer because her abilities have potential. For example, when a trap is active on a survivor, the Pig is less inclined to chase that survivor. She can and make it harder for them to get off the trap and slowing down one survivor effectively, but she doesn't have to. She is the only killer who can pressure survivors off of a generator without initiating a chase. Her ambush is also great for use in certain loops.

Reminder: The Pig needs a full-on rework. You can't fully balance a killer that relies on RNG, similar to Trapper. But Trapper I feel should be much easier to change.

For trapper we can just remove the rng completely and make it require skillchecks and need to fill a bar like a gen, of course the time can increase with addons.

For pig id make it so its never the first or last trap, then just buff other parts about her instead.
