So there was mention of this for perks and all. Does this mean a second round of Legacy skins or something similar? Will those ever become a thing again? Lots of us on console never even got a chance maybe this can be our chance?

    @Ramxenoc445 Upvoting because I totally agree. And let's not forget that we don't get access to those teachable perks from characters that aren't available on Console.
