    Chances are no, it doesn't. Worst case scenario, we don't get any more Silent Hill content in DBD ever. No more skins for PH or Cheryl, no Maria or James, or Harry for that matter. The realistic scenario is that a contract and/or licensing agreement was lined up between BHVR and Konami that'll last, optimistically speaking, a couple to a few years. BHVR are massive SH fans, there's little possibility they'd settle with what they have now and call it a done deal.
