Bubba
Enjoy looking at the big brain Bubba play

I play every killer in the game, and honestly...
Sawing around loops with Bubba takes more skill than half the killers. Every M1 killer is easier to play. I’d argue huntress is easier because of the hitboxes. Trapper is easier, wraith is easier, Myers is easier, hag is easier, doctor is easier with addons, Freddy is way easier.
Let me break this up for some spacing. Pig is easier, clown is easier. Spirit is easier. Legion is easier, plague is easier, ghost face is easier, Oni is easier, slinger is easier, twins are easier.

I know we all hate it when it happens to us as a survivor but have you ever tried the basement Bubba build? It's pretty relaxing ngl

How do you play every killer in the game???? I switched to PC in maybe March/Arpil/May of 2020 from PS4. This is my current total hours on PC...
1 -
These are my killers played on PC

Look how happy he is
2 -
I Recommend unlocking those last three. They're fun asf
4 -
I have them unlocked on PS4...but not going back to that console for this game...

I play every killer regularly and I’m not even a killer main
3 -
Cause DBD has been my primary game for almost 4 years now. I have every killer p3 50 except twins and blight because I hate blights POV and I hate twins in general.
I stand by that Bubba is harder to play than most killers in the game. Even screwing up 1 saw can lose you the game at red ranks, going around tight loops is terrifying with it.

why do you have such a low forum post count?

You too, why do you have such a low forum post count?

Haven’t felt the need to join. Most of the posts are trivial, complaining about Franklins demise and such. Almost worthless arguing with them or even stating your point.

I mean... he's lost, and Bubba gets 1 kill no matter what, since 1 down in the endgame is easy, so you're teammates have just been given an infinitely easier game.
And the 2 that aren't Nea seem to be going for that easy win

Why do you ask? I joined the forums way after I started playing and I don’t read through it every day.

curiousity

Funny enough, they set up for a BT play after the last gen popped and we all ended up escaping.
1 -
DBD could be long gone, but a picture of a camping Bubba will always get a laugh out of me.
1 -
A successful BT against a Bubba? I can only imagine how your luck is gonna bite you in the ass...
>next game
>face a Nurse
>Jake'll go down in 4s
>he'll be hooked right next to you
>the Nurse then will just stare at you with an unfathomable amount of 'ara ara' energy and she'll DC, knowing she's going to win

Well I did get two Deathslingers in a spam of 5 survivors matches tonight so you’re right about me getting unlucky 😂
0 -
There is one gen left and no deaths, what's this guys incentive to not just camp one out at this point?
They clearly haven't succeeded in chasing survivors down so the logical conclusion now is to switch up and rely on the players to come to you and kill themselves with altruism. Which LF can really punish.
I'm not sure how this community keeps failing to see that at this point camping probably makes more sense than chasing. Do people just not know how the game works? Or is there just a portion of the community who are so wrapped up in how they think the game should be played that any deviation from that is somehow a malicious assault on their fun?
I'm not trying to troll here I'm genuinely perplexed.

Did I ever say it wasn't the smart move? I'm just posting this for content and humor. No need to throw ######### at me.

No offense but how tf you p3 legion and plague b4 you get doc, Freddy, hag, ph, and blight to max
0 -
Faces won't collect themselves.
1 -
Oh man sorry wasn't trying to throw #########.
Reread what I posted and kind of came off like that though. What I mean is I see a lot of genuine posts about this and people do get really upset about it, (which is a bit over the top as its just a game).
Wasn't directing that at you personally just wondering overall if folk who genuinely get put out about this really understand how silly it all is?
1 -
Didn't feel like playing or continuing to play them...Once I P3 the killers I want, I'll go back to them to finish up.
1 -
How did he get you on the hook? That is a winner looking at the hooked loser 😀
1 -
Yeah, that is true. Sorry if I came across as rude. I don't blame you for saying what you said because the constant whining on the forums does get annoying and repetitive.

He's wearing my 2nd favourite mask. Good taste.

I completely agree with this. The only hard thing you need to learn as Bubba is sawing around a loop. Once you get that down, what else is there to learn? There are many more intricacies with Slinger, Oni, and Huntress.

Sawing around plenty of loops is relatively difficult. Hawkins, The Game, Yamamoka maps, Midwhich, and Lerys all come to mind. Macmillan maps have plenty of busted tree hitboxes. Yamamoka has these stupid hanging vines that for some reason stop a chainsaw.
And it’s probably the second most punishing attack in the game to miss, the first being a victor lunge.
Deathslinger is a point and click adventure, I’ve played plenty of FPS games in my life.
Oni is just straight up overpowered in his ability, and I always use good addons on him. He’s like playing bumper Billy and doing flicks isn’t too hard.
Huntress hitboxes carry even mediocre players. It’s a sad state of affairs when the hits don’t even look good on the killers screen either, let alone for the survivor who is going down while completely around a wall.
2 -
I’m not saying it’s incredibly difficult or anything, with the except of some really annoying loops. But compared to most other killer powers it’s still more difficult to execute.
I’m probably biased because half the time I’m playing crack Oni (topknot + Akito’s crutch) but I find drowning people with him trivial. You see them and they are dead or feed you a pallet and then they are dead. It’s not hard to do at all and there’s no real way to screw it up like you can with Bubba.
1 -
I don’t play without addons because why would I?
I run BBQ a lot and have more addons than I could ever use.
There’s no real reason for me to go into games without them.

The first sentence of yours can be applied to every killer in the game.
You reduce the usage of a power to make it seem overly easy and trouble free.
Let me do that for a few killers quickly to give you an idea what your comment looks like (sarcasm alert)
Oni: Doesn't have to avoid collision for easy and forgiving dashes, has a huge hitbox so no need for precise Kanabo hits, no big penalty for missing. Easy and potent instadown.
Deathslinger: Literally zone a survivor by walking at them. Very difficult. Also just quickscope with no way for them to react to win. Also very difficult.
Huntress: Just throw a hatchet NEAR a survivor. The air will bleed and the survivor will go down around the next corner. Pretty much a projectile killer for people that can't aim.
See what I mean? If you go that route you can make all killers look like they're designed in an cheap and overly forgiving way even though reality looks way different.

I can agree with that. Bubba is a very mechanical killer that takes a while to get used to unlike most M1 killers but there's numerous killers that I feel are more difficult to play - particularly on a consistent performance level.
Personally I'm still struggling with PH. His shockwave just feels inconsistent to me. One match I keep getting all the animation-lock hits and downs through the wall and one match later my shockwaves don't do anything for me.
That's one thing where Bubba excels. Reliability.
This combination of reliability and strength of his design is probably why some people say he's easy while others say he's one of the more difficult killers. Hope that makes sense.

I would just because I don’t consider there to be very many difficult killers in dbd. The only killers that make you go into a game and have to plan out every single attack would be Nurse, Pyramid Head, Blight, Curve Billy, and maybe Doctor.
Everyone else is very simple to play. So I’m not saying Leatherface is super difficult but difficult in comparison to the other killers.
1 -
I agree with that post - especially the
"The only killers that make you go into a game and have to plan out every single attack would be Nurse, Pyramid Head, Blight, Curve Billy, and maybe Doctor." part
Except for Doctor. I used to play him a lot before Bubba was released back then and even when you had to switch between treatment and punishment mode I found him to be a very forgiving M1 killer.

well, ######### happens.
