What if the developers designed and implemented another original chainsaw killer or another licensed chainsaw killer?

The thing is, what should this third Killer do?
First, it needs to be clarified how his Chainsaw should work - should it down only one person or multiple Persons?
If multiple persons, there is Bubba. So the Killer has to be either better or worse than Bubba, if worse, why even create him? If better, why powercreep Bubba?
Same for Billy, if the Killer can down one person with his Chainsaw, they would need to come up with something that is not insane Mobility to make him an alternative to Billy.
So I dont think they should implement a third Chainsaw-Killer.

I guess my question would be, why? I don't think it would make sense and also the backlash it would receive for being a copycat instead of something new and exciting wouldnt be worth the headache, but then again it's BHVR so who knows

Given that they gutted billy and don't want to address any he has issues all...
It would be is just another killer for the developers to ignore then try to try to use kill rates to validate them not buffing weak killers and say they shouldn't be used as a valid measurement them while also hypocritically using the same kill rates to justify nerfing another killer.

It'd be neat if they made a killer with a chainsaw that wasn't a long charge into an insta-down. Maybe it could be their main weapon, and their power could be applying different things to the chainsaw. They can swap out augments at will. One can give you a faster lunge, another can apply deep wounds, another can apply a small hinder effect, another can make you recover faster, whatever. It'll be like how Shulk works in smash bros

What I would like to see is other power tools. OMG, one of the serial killers from ID: Invaded would be perfect. Tamotsu Fukuda, AKA The Perforator, using a power drill. Okay, ima make this concept right now

One chainsaw in each hand, like those mini 12” blades instead of a 21”. Then, his attack could be like a spinning ballerina that bounces off of objects increasing with each bounce like a pinball. If you get going fast enough, he can tilt each blade opposite and take off like a helicopter to track down survivors who are still down on the ground. Once airborne, he could stay up there indefinitely, until he locks onto a survivor. Then he could pull out his 50 cal mini gun and finish them off one at a time.
I know what you’re thinking, this killer sounds way too weak and needs a buff of some sort. That’s why they will give him an add on that allows him to use homing missiles instead of a mini gun.

Why not just give all killers chainsaws. I would love one on my Blight personally, drug addict running at you with a cane isn't that intimidating, but if he also had a chainsaw...

Leather face was okay when they brought out a second because he used his in a different way than hillbilly. But now I think they wouldn't bring out another because I can't think of any other way one could be used without them just seeming the same as either of them.

Could be an angle grider instead. Can't think of any unique features of another chainsaw killer. Plenty of other weapons not used yet;

i wouldnt be against it, however they'd have to come up with a new, interesting and unique idea for a chainsaw that isnt just "use it to instadown anyone in front of you", so the killer feels different to the other chainsaw killers.
honestly, it might be easier to come up with a idea that doesnt include a chainsaw at this point though...
