Honestly it isn't so much the perks you use but how you play. This whole pp thing is dumb. Just use what you want and have fun.

Small pp = DS + UB, Ruin + Undying
Big pp = No mither For the people.

Big PP survivor: No Mither, Self-Care, Inner Strength, Botany Knowledge
Small PP survivor: Decisive Strike, Unbreakable, Soul Guard, Dead Hard
Big PP killer: Remember Me, Save the Best for Last, Dark Devotion, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
Small PP killer: Hex: Ruin, Hex: Undying, Tinkerer, Surveillance

Right now my bubba build is green infectious, trail of torment, BBQ, and yellow surveillance in red ranks and was on a giant corn map I thought that was gutsy. Two rank 1's got out on death hook tho but hey thats balanced.

Micro PP build: DS, UB, deliverance, and soul guard

Oh forgot to mention the 2 rank 1's had SP, SB, DS, UB I didn't know about DS/UB till endgame lobby though but the entire team had SP with negated my trail of torment which was the first time I had tried the perk.

So in conclusion: Big PP build ( survivor) No mither, For The people, second wind and OoO with a Green Key (No add ons) and the brightest Clothing. :)
