Overwhelmed with the amount of hackers ruining the game.
It seems I have been constantly coming across hackers who are glitching the whole game. I’m talking big time hacking! It is happening way too often now. 😩😞😒

There really isn't that many hackers. I've seen 3 in over 4 years.

I still rarely see any. I have been playing for 4 years and can count on one hand the amount of rage hacks games I have seen while playing killer.
Compared to TF2 where literally the first game I join after a few month break a hacker joins, steals my name, and starts aimbotting people and trying to get me kicked instead? Nah it’s not too bad in DBD

I've been called a hacker/cheater for using a killer's power. So I highly doubt you are actually running into hackers constantly.

Same. I'm almost always called a hacker when I play Nurse. I was on Ormound. I hooked someone and BBQ revealed someone else across the map. So I blink through the center building and I see a crouching blendette. So I change targets. In the end game chat the Claudette asked "How did you know I was there?" "I didn't. I was going after someone else and found you by chance" Their response was total entitlement but hilarious. "I'm Claudette. The only way you could have seen me is if your hacking. REPORTED!!!!!!!"
I've had people accuse me of hacking because they had no idea what Nurse's Calling and Whispers worked.
Granted I haven't played a lot for the past 10 months but I've had the game for like 4 years. I've only ever ran into 2 people who were certainly hacking. Seen a lot of people doing shady stuff but not enough proof to file a report.

Right ok, if flashing orange lights across the game, flying, and survivors literally recovering and spawning across the map when downed is a killer power maybe I need to upgrade through the blood web. It doesn’t matter whether I play as a killer or survivor I get a hacker in every 2 out of 3 games.

There must be something going on lately because I have been experiencing frequent hackers survivors literally FLYING across the map and getting downed only to instantly heal get downed again instant heal and so on and so forth scream on queue and even initiating mori animations when I’m not near them nor do I bring a mori please devs patch whatever exploit they using cuz I can’t take anymore

Please make sure to make an in-game report if you suspect someone is cheating and then send any additional evidence to Support - usually for proof of cheating we would require video evidence, nothing can be actioned without proof for obvious reasons.
Due to the way the nature that these threads go, I'm going to close this - as it will lead to people naming & shaming players etc and getting into an argument about whether they've met a hacker/cheater or not, that's not something we really need on the forums.

They ran straight to me after my teammate was hooked!
They kept finding me as I was cleansing totems!
Two of us stacked on a gen and the killer came to it EVERY time!
I was the last survivor and the killer was always patrolling nearby!
