    It's really not much too ask to allow players to get cosmetics without forking out money, especially when all of the auric packs are expensive as hell considering how many you get. I'd understand why they wouldn't want it easy to earn auric packs, of course. But expecting to be able to enjoy content in a game isn't too outrageous
