How killers counter Power Struggle

So I’ve noticed that a killer can pick you up and swing out of the pallet range before you are able to drop the pallet. Was this intended? I find it weird how the killer has a button input before the survivor and makes the perk useless after the killer knows you have it equipped

    I didn't even know you could do that. Probably because no one uses the perk. But tbh that seems like a latency issue or just bad design

    I just A. swing to tell the survivor to get out from underneath the pallet or B. let the survivor bleed out

    I've never even been hit by it a single time to even worry about it. Hell if I got hit by it in all honesty I would be impressed.

    Are you sure that's not just latency? When I try it I can activate it all the time as long as I am at a palette and have 50% struggle when the killer picks up.

    I never got hit by Power Struggle but since it got released I always try to walk around pallets if possible.

    That's pretty clearly an exploit or latency. There's also a video on reddit where a guy had it activatable after being picked up it just disappeared (Combined with flip flop). Overall perk is garbage because of flaws like these.
