Also can anyone explain that (the trailer not hating Nurse lol)? I've gotten alternate reality survivors and that's about it.

I think she IS in the trailer. Also, why would the devs hate a character they created? This is pretty childish to say IMO.

Ngl when I say the devs probably think the nurse is a mistake hence why she has been fixed or nerfed.

Because she is the most powerful killer in the game. Her only offset is her high skill ceiling makes her less likely to be used. I honestly think they don't want to fix her bugs for fear of her pick rate going up. Then they would have to rework her and if they touch her basekit again she will probably fall into the useless category.

I'd love to know who you think she is. At first I thought she was the old woman, then Yui because she choked the old woman and choking people is like Nurse's whole thing, but Yui is Yui so I have like no clue where she is in it.
Also it's not really a direct call out to the devs, it's more so a running joke because she still has bugs from when she was introduced, and there is almost no effort put into anything for her outside of nerfs.
ngl I've not payed attention to the trailers so I don't know what the stats or for who was in/left out of their tome trailers. Just pointing it out for Nurse to keep her alive on the forums :^)

OMG console Nurse is terrible. My nephew asked me to lvl up his Nurse on his xbox for NC. Landing blinks was god awful on console and this was before her rework.

It's actually quite manageable,though there are certain bugs like not being able to attack after blinking that can make playing her pretty annoying.
