no, they just wont believe the UI is bad until they get screamed at by the console players aswell.
because "they had no PTB to test it out" - which is true, but honestly, you dont need to play a PTB to be able to tell a graphical update is going to suck.
you can always just watch others play it / look at the shared screenshots.

HUD is so silly & ugly and the animations and movement is absolutely terrible not to mention look weird.
If only the devs actually played this game.

I am gonna go against the flow, here. The new HUD might take some time to adjust to, but I am excited about it, the same for the new animations. It's gonna be easier to hide behind trees by standing straight.

If I had any hope I would be disappointed, but between all the hacker, bug and swf I don't feel anything anymore, I imagine the joker being the community and the therapist being Behavior Interactive.

Nah, I have no problems with quitting the game completely, not anymore, at least. So not in a week, maybe in 2 years after the devs revert the changes that nobody asked for.

I don’t play the game as much as I used to. With this awful HUD I will play the game even less. I’m really done with these devs and their game. We always give feedback on a lot of things but they’re almost always ignored. I think it’s time to take a long break.

I mean, it is kind-of cool to finally get a say in something. Us console players don't have a PTB therefore the PC players are usually the ones that have more control. Though I will say, nobody asked for a new UI & I have no idea why they decided to change something that didn't need to be changed.

It is objectively bad game design. It isn't about "adjusting" to it. It is a step back. It's like the UI of early 2000s MMOs.

Saldly you have fallen into the trap. We aren’t getting any say into anything lol. The horrible UI is in the game now. That’s all they cared about. To remove it means clearing the move with all the platforms.

I mainly play on ps4 and absolutely despise the new UI. Hate having to look all over my TV for information, it's like I'm playing a freaking mobile game

That wasn't what I meant. The idea of having a say in something is cool, even if that's not actually the case. Console players have been ignored for the longest time.
With that being said, they'll most likely have to remove this UI eventually or they will lose a lot of players. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't care, but it is what it is.

How will they know that we're unsatisfied if we don't voice our opinions? Every game needs feedback or else they'll keep doing the same ######### because they'll be like "We're not getting any bad feedback so we must of done it correctly this time" not saying that they already do that but still if something is terrible we need to voice our opinion

I've been here since day one. I played ptb. Played a few games. I've been vocal but have been trying to manage. I genuinely can't. They care so little about the community and health of the game, that they are willing to destroy the original style that we loved. They clearly fell into success. They don't know what they are doing, and after years of us waiting for them to put in actual effort, all they have learned is to put a coat of paint over the game and ignore us. Great job taking my money from every dlc, great job taking my money from cosmetics, I'll miss the game, but its not worth enabling a ######### company at this point. 5000 hours wasted :/

It's very distracting and hard on my eyes having something on every side and corner of my screen.
It strains my eyes and gives me headaches after playing a few games.Absolutely awful

Isn't the only difference that they moved and changed where the players information is, so is that what is terrible too you?
They did also change where it says how many gens are left but honestly that shouldn't really be a problem

if the new animations stay like that I´m gonna quit playing the game (I have 3500h).
- animations are horrible to watch
- the whole dynamic seems to be gone - evth seems so slow
- I play 5h a day but you fixed the thing where you could press M1, ESC out and then you could repair/heal without needing to press M1
- the overview is so bad with the charcters being in top-left and item in bottom-left
Guys, I don´t know what´s the purpose of the new animations, but its horrible. evth seems so slow, boring and without any speed/dynamic.
As I said, I´m out of the game if it stays like that. I was kinda addicted, so maybe it´s a good thing you made it the worst possible...

My TV is rather small,about 24 zoll.
I tried the smallest scale for the HUD but it didn't help at all

You may like the new UI but everyone isn't you ok? Everyone has their own preferences and you might like your info all over the screen while some of us prefer it in a neat little spot in the corner. Not everyone is going to have the same preference and you bashing whatever you don't agree with is just wrong. "CaN't ReMeMbEr WhAt YoU bRoUgHt In?" Is just plain inconsiderate

Played a few games, honestly the UI doesn't seem unplayable to me, if anything I like being able to see what character the obsession is now.
The animation for survivors running whilst injured is hilariously bad though.
But would be interested to see what issues people are having. Everyone is complaining but with no specific issues.

I know everyone isn't like me that's why I'm asking what people's exact issues with it are. I wasn't meaning to bash you and I apologise if I did, It is just my opinion that at a certain point of playing the game that you shouldn't need to constantly be checking that information.
