I know this game has a history of being poorly unoptimised but this update has been the nail in the coffin for me.

My PC isn’t old and can still hit 60FPS here, but good Christ do the fans ramp up when it does. I thought the issue was the PC but it literally only does this when playing DBD.

Has anyone else been having this? I enjoy the game despite the new UI but I can barely feel comfortable playing something this unoptimised.

    I have both a ps4 and a pc, my ps4 fans are on maximum overload and my pc is barely hitting 60fps. They need to properly optimize this game before going forward IMO.

    I have this issue too but I think my problem is that I crank my settings up beyond normal Ultra & 100% resolution, whilst using an AMD processor completely fan cooled. But yeah it didn't even sound this bad playing CP2077 and Little Hope was a consistent 144 despite reports of bad optimisation from others.
