I get it "toxic killer main complaining about swfs" but this was a very common red/purple rank swf I'm a ######### green rank trying out the huntress so it's kinda different it was literally gone before it did anything this was before they added back MMR too so I got owned by a team much higher than my skill that was fun

Your title made me LoL. I feel your pain. I run no-shame NOED and I legit don't get to even use it half the time because all the totems get cleansed when I play red ranks (I'm rank 12). But, that's the risk of running a totem, right?

What does it have to do with SWF when your Hex gets broken in 23 seconds? This means that one Survivor did spawn on your Totem, this could also happen against 4 Solos.

Sometimes i spawned right in front of a hex totem, it's rare but it can happen

It gets cleansed in 15 seconds meaning it was found in literally found in 8 seconds

Hexes going off quickly don't mean it's a SWF.
Totem spawns are awful (save from saloon, hawkins and midwich) and even if they don't spawn right next to you, you can search shack, hills, loops and corners near gens or hooks and it'll be at least 1 or 2 totems in those spots.

I once saw two hex totems go down in the first ten seconds or so of the game. I felt so bad for the killer, it was straight bullshit.

Best event I ever had was cleansing a dull totem while the last gen was done and the thing activated into NOED on the last 2 s I needed to finish it. Meeeep KABOOM gone

I played a match on the Game earlier and my ruin was found in about 20 seconds. Contemplated DCing until the idiotic survivors hook bombed and traded 8/12 hooks with 5 gens still up.
