As happy as I am that they've finally acknowledged our concern... we shouldn't even have to celebrate.

They should've listened from the beginning when majority of people showed their concern for it. The fact it still went live, even when FOG WHISPERERS themselves showed concern to the HUD is pathetic.

We SHOULDN'T have to celebrate. This should be a normal, standard thing. Not to mention, we're now forced to use this atrocious HUD for the next however long until they decide to change it.

What should've happened, is that they should've kept the old HUD in-game, and actually addressed the feedback given initially and worked on it for the next 3-6 months and brought it back later.

    Seriously. They should've caught on when some of their Fog Whisperers said it was terrible. Oh wait I forgot all they're good for is showing off new cosmetics. My mistake

    I don't know why people even care so much, i dont even notice it while ill play but hopefully theyll make it even better

    I agree. No praise until we see how they fix things. Game is still broken this very moment.

    You really don't have to work on a new HUD for 3-6 months. UE4 doesn't exactly make creation of new HUDs, and especially not reshuffling their elements around, very difficult. They could've genuinely moved all the current elements to the bottom of the screen and have a perfectly presentable HUD in around ~30 minutes.

    Of course, they would most likely want to make other changes like create new assets and etc to fix other issues, but that'd still take a couple of weeks at most. They had time to make significant change from the PTB to live, but they didn't.


    IMHO the most likely scenario is that BHVR, for whatever reason, were genuinely not prepared to change anything from this PTB.
