Looks mostly like Desync. Even if u had Google Fiber Pro Omega Plus version and Nasa's PC this would still hit.
I'm avoiding survivor for the time being, aka 2-3 weeks until BHVR might decide to roll a patch.
SoloQ is awful and would only recommend to play with friends.

Its not desync, lmao. Its been reported numerous times by many people including myself. Since the new patch dropped, the hit validation has been extremely bad. Has nothing to do with ping, and most people who have brought this up know its a big issue because it wasn't happening prior to the patch to this extent.
I played 7 games and it happened in every one of them. Can also do a search and see how many others have said the same/provided clips and screenshots.
It may have to do with the new animations but I'm no dev. Its got nothing to do with internet speeds, its very noticable and like I said, this wouldn't be reported by so many people if that was the case for everyone unless thats just 1 big damn coincidence.

At least the red stain was close. I'm on console with a similar ping to you & I get hit when the killer's red stain is a metre behind me
