Is the set outfits glitch fixed?

You know what glitch, the one that allows you to unset the outfit and combine the gears, did they patch it already or is it still in the game?

  According to latest patch notes, it's gone, unfortunately.

  "Fixed an issue where unbreakable sets could be broken."

  That's a very weird way to call it "unbreakable sets"

  So what, are the normal outfits broken?
