Unify perk and item descriptions
As I was playing earlier I wanted to make a build based around luck and unhooking myself.
whilst putting together this build I’ve noticed there’s a massive discrepancy between the description of perks/items/offerings and I was wondering why no one has addressed this before.
As an example: the salt series of offerings give a bonus to luck, but instead of giving us actual numbers we’re just given these synonyms for an increase of an amount. E.g slightly/moderately/considerably/tremendously
But for the perk slippery meat were given the exact number for the increase of luck “•hook escape attempts have a 4% increased chance to succeed.”
and I’ve been wondering why we still have these old item descriptions when they seriously don’t fit the game anymore. Sure, when the game wasn’t so competitive and more casual the exact numbers for perks and items weren’t necessary to know. But the game has changed a lot since it’s beginning and I’m sure everyone would agree that knowing the exact bonuses given from perks and items would be a massive quality of life improvement for the game.

You can look up the actual percentages for slightly/moderately/considerably/tremendously, but for luck, it goes 2%/3%/4%/NA.

Players shouldn’t have to go to an external website to find out what a perk/item does

It's cuz using numbers is a fairly recent thing for BHVR. They're slowly adding numbers to everything.

Plenty of people have asked for this in the past, its been seen and they arnt interested in providing that information for some reason. Its frustrating because "moderately" varies from 1 description to another. It could mean 3% for one addon, only to mean 10% for something else.

Trust me it's not something rarely talked about. The community as a whole mostly thinks it's a bit annoying and would prefer straight forward numbers like you suggested.
I'm in numbers gang for sure.

Love seeing the devs listen to what their players want
