The results of my Killer Concept Contest: Duality of Power
Killer Name: The Possessed
A Duality of Killers, one taking over from the other in times of need, Using their power "Unholy Blessing" , They are able to block off important tools for Survivors, and then go in for the kill once they deem it necessary.
Backstory:
Elisabeta Destinul Numeprrii and Luporius, Two different beings cursed into the same body, one, a, meek, simple nun living in a hut on the outskirts of Sibiu, the other, a aggressive, powerful beast from the deepest recesses of the nightmares of mankind, forced to share a body with each other, one always whispering in the other's mind, stuck like this ever since Elisabeta was a teenager after accidentally walking into the room when her sister was being exorcised. The spirit of Luporius, not being able to escape, hid in her, and the priests that were there, not knowing what to do, took Elisabeta into the order of nuns and began a cover-up, forbidding Elisabeta from ever speaking to anyone about what Luporius was or what happened that night.
So they were together for fifteen years and their relationship went from one of repression and torment to one of genuine respect for one another, Elisabeta was now a woman of Thirty-One, and had formed not only a bond with Luporius but something of a friendship with the beast, and Luporius learned to both respect and care for his new host, not only because she was his new host, but because she was the first on to accept him for what he was and didn't judge him for his wild tendencies, the two had continued to live together as friends, with Luporius taking over should Elisabeta be endangered, he had saved her life many times with this pact, and she was all the more thankful for it, for her beauty landed her in great trouble many times. No one missed those who encroached upon her, but the Church was always becoming more suspicious.
This arrangement worked for several years, until the day after the full moon, when a small group of the more zealous members of the church questioned what she did during the night and why she was always talking to herself. Before she was able to explain anything one of the members brought his torch a bit too close and Luporius, out of instinct, lunged. That was all it took, Elisabeta shifted and Luporius took over, running away as fast as he could as the rabid mob burned down their home, he ran as far as possible and ran further then that, all they way into the deepest part of the woods until he stopped and collapsed from exhaustion.
When Elisabeta woke up she was in a small underground building, decerped and worse for wear, but still homely and welcoming, surrounded by a small group of people, they were all as worse for wear as the place they called home, but were just as welcoming. They called themselves the Children of Erebus, Lycanthropes, suffering from a condition similar to Elisabeta's, they welcomed her in, assuring her that everyone there was more then happy to accommodate her, and that none of them bit, at least not much. Elisabeta was hesitant, but Luporius convinced her that the right thing to do was accept them in order to remain hidden and safe from the mob that was surely trying to hunt the pair of them down even now, she accepted and was embraced by this new pack.
The group spent a few months together, hunting, stealing, doing what they could to get by while the Church looked high and low for them with torches and pitchforks, Elisabeta saw them a few times, but her new family assured her they would be fine, and so they continued, until fate finally caught up with them, and a group of Zealots destroyed their home and slaughtered everyone with no words, just pure, unbridled malice. Elisabeta ran again, only this time, she had a plan, after witnessing the slaughter of her new family at the hands of the Church she had finally broken, she devised a plan with Luporius to take revenge on them.
They snuck in under the cover of night while the Church was partaking in prayer, Luporius tore through the congregate clergy with his fangs and claws, and when all of the bodies finally fell, only two remained, the priests that had exorcised her sister all those years ago, she took a small, one handed mace, and brutally beat the two men until their brains began leaking from their heads. She had enacted her revenge, all that was left was to go into hiding.
As she left the building a dark, eldritch fog enveloped her, transporting her to a realm of bloody meat-hooks and murder, whispers in her mind told her this place would allow her to enact revenge on those who wronged her, again, and again, for eternity, this time, Luporius didn't need to convince her, Elisabeta would serve this voice forever more, and get revenge for her years of torment.

Power: Unholy Blessing
Elisabeta will be the default form of the Possessed. In this form she is a standard 110% speed killer, and she is able to channel divine power into 2 abilities
WINDOW BLOCKADE: By holding M2 over a window, that window will be blocked off for a maximum of 90 seconds, 5 windows can be blocked off at any time
DIVINE DOORWAYS: By holding M2 over a doorway or broken wall, you can set a trap, when a survivor enters proximity of this trap, a wall will spring up, blocking them from walking through, these walls will disappear 20 seconds after being triggered, up to 5 of these traps can be present at any time
UNHOLY INTERVENTION (credit to @JPA for this idea): Every 120 seconds, Elisabeta will relinquish control of the Trial to Luporius, this timer can be shortened by breaking pallets, getting stunned blinded or when survivors get off your shoulder, Luporius will remain in control for 120 seconds, unless all of the generators are powered, in which case he will automatically take control for the remainder of the trial.
Luporius has 2 modes: Prowl Mode and Hunt Mode
During Prowl Mode Luporius will be down on all fours, moving at 110% but having no terror radius and 1 ability, his presence being announced by quiet growling and snarling, when entering a chase he will stand up and switch to Hunt Mode, making him a normal killer with 115% and 32m terror radius as well as 2 abilities.
Prowl Mode:
HELL'S SCENTHOUND: By holding down M2 you will beginning sniffing around, revealing scratch marks that have previously disappeared, if survivors are close enough, their presence will be indicated by a 3 second killer instinct
Hunt Mode:
UNHOLY DASH: By hold M2 for a short duration you will enter a Blight-like dash, where you can bounce into objects, only instead of being able to chain 5 of these into a hit you can only chain 3 and move 10% slower then Blight, with the benefit of being able to actually angle your finishing attack and have better control, this ability has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
DEMONIC POUNCE: By holding CTRL you will crouch down on all fours, decreasing your speed to 95%, by then holding M2 you will charge a lunge like Victor, letting you jump over windows and break pallets by crashing into them like Demo, you can go back to normal mode by holding CTRL again.
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Switching between Elisabeta and Luporius is automatic and takes 3 seconds when switching to Luporius and 5 seconds when switching to Elisabeta.
- Missing a attack with Unholy Dash and Demonic Pounce gives you a stun of 3 seconds, running face first into a object gives you a stun of 5 seconds
- Luporius has a mini Enduring (15%) and Brutal Strength (10%) that does not stack with actual Enduring and Brutal Strength, you can override the mini effects with those perks though
DIFFICULTY: Hard: while it can boiled down to "block off dangerous loops then go tear out survivor's throats with a easier to control Blight mixed with a actually useable Victor", this Killer WILL take practice in order to get consistent kills, easier then Nurse but harder then Spirit
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PERKS (Credit to @dspaceman20 for the perk effects, I just changed the names)
DEMONIC STRENGTH

A hex that grants you powerful abilities to aid you in your hunt.
When this Hex is cleansed you gain a 10% increase in movement, breaking and attacking speeds for 10/15/20 seconds
"I will protect you Elisabeta, not just for my sake, but for yours as well" - Luporius
MARKED BY DARKNESS
You become obsessed with one survivor
Anytime the obsession performs a cooperative action they suffer from the exposed status effect for 15/20/25 seconds
Marked By Darkness has a cooldown of 60 seconds after downing the obsession.

MAP
SHROUDED CHURCH: Transylvanian Wilderness
"A one magnificent Church dedicated to spreading the good word of God, it was abandoned after a vicious massacre tore through the collected masses and members of the clergy, it fell into decay, and while it and the surrounding woods still haunts the memories of the sole person alive who was there"
LAYOUT (please excuse the bad drawings, I am not a artist and the best I could do was use shapes in PowerPoint, if I could make something better I would)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DESIGN
Elisabeta:
HEAD: Romanian Beauty: A near perfect face, the only imperfections being scars from surprise...encounters
BODY: Robes of Shadow: Robes worn by the Children of Erebus, designed to help blend into the darkness of the woods
WEAPON: Nun's Mace: a small one-handed mace, stained with the blood and viscera of those who ruined her
For the design I was thinking something like the Vestal from Darkest Dungeon, only in black and without the book and armour, basically, imagine Ghostface if he was a nun, something along those lines
Luporius:
HEAD: Beast's Visage: Sensitive ears, sharp teeth and piercing white eyes, He's as perfect a hunter as anything can be
BODY: Fur from Hell: Blackened fur segmented with dark purple stripes, few lived to tell the tale when he comes out
WEAPON: Demon's Claws: Sharp white claws stained with blood and gore from countless prey, both human and animal alike
For the design I was thinking something like Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct mixed with the colour scheme of Erebus's old design from the Ultranium mod from Terraria
As the 2 different forms both play incredibly major roles during the Trial I think it would be quite cool to give both of them individual customisation options, meaning they would have double the skins, but in order to not be even more of a money sink the individual skins would be sold as a 2 pack, meaning you get double the skins for the same price.

MUSIC
while I am not a musician nor can create music to save my life, I can provide a small description for the music themes the Possessed will have, both Elisabeta and Luporius have different themes for the lobby and in a chase
LOBBY THEME
Elisabeta: A slow-paced and sombre iteration of DBD's main theme, with the primary instruments being a violin and a tárogató (for those not knowledgeable on Romanian instruments, the tárogató is this thing), backed by a flute and a small choir
Luporius: A fast-paced and high-energy iteration of the DBD theme, with the primary instruments being a guitar and organ, backed by a choir as well, the theme is meant to inspire a sense of panic, like you're being chased by a wild animal.
CHASE THEME
Elisabeta: At 24m the survivors will begin to hear faint church bells, at 16m the church organ and choir will begin to be heard, at 8 they will come to a crescendo and in the chase they will all come to a head, making you feel like you're in the presence of a divine and merciless being.
Luporius: While Luporius doesn't have a terror radius he can still have a chase theme, composed of guitars, a organ and a choir, with high energy through the whole thing, you're being chased by a werewolf-demon and this theme will definitely make you feel like you are

And that's it, a thank you to everyone who voted, and a massive thank you to both @Jacoby2041@JPA and @dspaceman20 for helping with both the power concept and the perks, there will be a thread in General Discussions where I'll be doing a AMA as long as it continues to get questions, want to ask me a question? Head over there.

This is absolutely amazing!!!!. You definitely need to be hired because this is amazing and well thought out.

Damn bro, that's a really well thought out idea. Probably one of the most in depth chapter designs I've seen, with the map and lore and chase music and everything. Not gonna lie I kinda wish it was a real chapter

I can't thank you enough for helping with the perks, and if BHVR was a company based in the UK I'd take a job offer from them in a heartbeat as soon as I was eligible

WOW, you took the time and effort into making this, I haven't made a fan made chapter for a long time. They just tended to take a long time to make sadly. Plus I never could I could never give them the same energy that you've brought sadly. Overall I like the concept, I liked that you chose Romania/Transylvania for this killers origin for it is fitting to the gothic themes. I find the choice of turning into a male werewolf a bit of an odd choice no offense. I like that you chose for her to be a nun just be careful that you don't get anything to religious involved. The lore is decent feels a bit like Twins how the two came to except one another, I think it would be interesting if Luporcius tried to corrupt her and break her against her will rather then just trying to live in harmony with Elisabetta and eventually she gives in and is nothing more then a puppet to this beast.
I will not lie perks are okay. Like Demonic strength seems like like knockout but slugging for it, and isn't all that helpful. Hex perk is kinda bad for only 20 seconds and not really worth it, so I'd like to see more. finally mark of darkness is probably the best of the three, Now power for Elisabetta, is gonna be hellu annoying to deal with if this ever came into the game, and she'll be hated more then Freddy is currently with his snares. Now the Luporcius seems like it relies way too much on other killers power for inspiration. Instead I'd advice it be something like he charges on all fours and chase them that way. I actually created a werewolf like monster for a killer concept that's both a poltergeist and a undead werewolf monster. But that's for another time, I really think this is a cool concept and I wanna see what you'll do if you made a survivor too, maybe with similar powers that the killer has but found a way to control his/her wolf and use it in the realm of the Entity kinda like Cheryll. Anyway I'll see you in the Fog well done.
