The developers need to get their priorities straight.
The devs focus way too much on stuff that nobody wants like the new ui, the new animations, the new graphic updates to the maps, and the 4.5.1 hot fix. Why in the world would you focus on fixing a bug where people are depiping in CUSTOM games when their is a bug for survivors that makes it impossible to rank up solo. Why would you make a new ui that wants to be the one form that resident evil game when your Ui works Perfectly? Why are you making new animations for survivors when the originals were fine? You focus on fixing or adding in things that are unwanted when there are fixes that people want or stuff that would make this game so much better.
Its really disappointing to me this game could be so good but they add stuff that adds nothing or takes away stuff from the original game. what do you think are they fixing what you want them to fix?

They have their priorities straight. Survivor fun comes first, then cosmetics, then if there's any time left they'll do something for killers

What the ######### are you even talking about. Survivor is literally unplayable right now because of the awful hitboxes. They SHOULD have fixed that before any custom match pipping shenanigans and yet here we are.

Will be fixed soon, entire situation resolved in a week or two.
If killers had problems like say....silent survivors or any kind of grabs not working, you'd be looking at YEARS for any hope of a possible fix.
Don't be ungrateful and consider yourself very fortunate

I clicked on this thread, expecting it to be about the chat filters but this thread was actually created hours before that was announced, so that's cool.
You should keep chat off always, and chat filters are not going to change that.

Nice to see how you assume I am survivor main when I actually play both roles but OK, whatever fits your "waaaaah BHVR hates me in particular" agenda. The silent survivors bug has happened to me and it ######### sucks but it's not a bug that happens every single match (unlike the hitboxes bug that DOES affect EVERY single match rn). Grabs not working happen because of dedicated servers and you should know already that dedicated servers are ######### for EVERYONE, not only for killer players. Yeah it sucks not getting a grab, you know what else sucks?? Getting hit through walls by Huntresses' hatchets or being grabbed when you actually let go of the gen early, to give a couple examples. And this isn't even taking the current hitboxes into account, only good ol' dedicated servers.
You didn't even read OP's post, considering that they mention solo queue being actual HELL with the current emblems being buggy as ######### and yet you are like "yeah they never fix anything for killers". Also implying that any survivors asked for the godforsaken new UI or the new movement, lol.

EMOJIS.
It is the next logical step. Emojis for sale in the store. Exclusive emojis that streamers can give out. Exclusive emojis as event rewards. Emojis in the battlepass.

In this interview with Cote from 7 months ago at about 45 minute mark he talks about plans for the new chat and how they hired outside company to make it. People are constantly complaining about racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. language in chat so it is something plenty people cared about.

I can understand that people don't like that they are getting harassed or being called a racial slur but they can just turn the chat off or they can report them and send in a ticket. I've been told to kill my self in the endgame chat for not even doing anything and I just reported him and moved on because if your telling some stranger who could be young or depressed to kill them self you deserve to get banned. I feel like they are more important things to be working on than a problem that already has a solution.

Closing chat/reporting still had people complaining non stop on social media and in the forums. That solution obviously was not enough.
As Cote said in that interview they hired an outside company to work on chat. Hiring the outside company means DBD devs could focus on the game.
