You are doing the right thing since dc'ing can screw up other people.

But lets be real lots of people suicide on the hook for petty reasons and it does the same damage.

Your feelings were definitely valid, and unfortunately there's no easy or pleasant answer for your particular situation :(

Personnaly i always DC when i see the killer is camping.

Campers need to be punished, as dev dont do it, i'll do it myself.
