Is clown in a better place now? Or is he still a weak killer that can still be bullied alot?

Depends on who you ask. Some say he's still weak and others say he's amazing. Also depends on who's playing him.
Right now though every killer is in a great spot because of the desync and sound issues. It's pretty hard to lose as killer no matter who or how you play.
Once this is fixed, people will get a better idea.

At the moment, extremely. Have you played survivor recently to see how bad it is? You can't tell the killers proper position because of the desync and sometimes the killers aren't making noise when using their power. Bubba revving his saw, Slinger reloading, Huntress readying a hatchet, etc.
It makes it nearly impossible to play a pallet and it's basically come down to throw everything super early, hope your team is on gens or you die.

He was good before and he's better now. Just because you didn't want to put enough effort on him doesn't mean he was weak.

Okay? And? You can't look behind yourself the entire time you're in a chase and at loops where you can't see them it won't work. Not being able to hear a killer use their power is pretty awful. It's no different to when killers can't hear survivors make noise at loops, not counting iron will of course.

I doubt good clown players care much for the buff. I assume bad clowns are still bad and good clowns still do about the same.
I think against a strong swf, (lots of swfs are as bad as randos) clown is on the weaker side for sure. Against randos? No. And even as a good swf I have played against clowns who know tiles very well and know how and when to throw bottles to shut down loops and dead zones very quickly. In the right hands he can be a lot stronger and more viable than most killer mains would like to admit. Just my opinion.

He still gets gen rushed crazy. No mobility killers just can't compete with the best survivors.

Went from 'meh' to 'meh +1'. They slightly buffed the one thing he was good at (chases) and gave him some QoL changes like a faster reload. The extra bottle isn't a game changer or anything, it just made his power better at long loops which he kind of struggled with before. Overall he's still not great but he's not bad anymore, especially now that he doesn't have to rely on reload add-ons to be playable anymore.

I wish I could tell you but matchmaking is so bad right play. Play early and it's the "5 gens in 3 minutes" crowd. Play later and it's the "this is my first game plz be gentle" crowd.

The reload buff is good but thats about it. The consensus is that the yellow bottle isnt very useful outside of map traversal which is frankly not a good use of bottles. Addons are more or less the same exceot they removed the exhaustive addon but it wasn't really needed anyway imo. Overall clown is slightly better than before but not significantly.

I feel like the RNG,the fact that he has to collect his power,addon reliance,set up time,and now the reworked maps with that horrible grass makes playing Trapper really really painful.
I say he's weaker than Clown right now.

well, Clown is strong imho, but that doesn't mean Trapper deserves to be called weak or clown.
The reason why i love playing as Trapper is because it forces me to play in a tactical way, more than other killers at least. And i personally have been quite succesful with him when dealing against red rank survivors.

Yeah,clown is just an exaggeration.
But objectively speaking he's in a rather weak state.
There are too many things in his kit and game that works against him.
Don't get me wrong,i do love the tactical part of his gameplay and i used to play quite a bit of trapper,but especially the map reworks hurt him quite a lot.
