Any hopes of extending the event?
Someone like me, who is too busy with work and really only has time to play on the weekends, would love for it to be extended by 2 days. They extended the summer event by 2 days (don't really know why though, as it was fairly easy to acquire the needs). I almost have 30/60, and I could have time to grind for vials if they extended it just for this weekend.

They mentioned they would be talking about whether they would or not during the Thursday stream. Sounded like they have already decided one way or another.

Though I'm not as far back as you, since I have about 40, I agree. I would also need more time to get the 60 cap that I want, especially because I'm missing all of today to Halloween.

The summer one was extended due to servers being down for good two days. But yeah, it could last till Sunday for sure.2

I hope not. I cannot wait for this event to be over. Haven't been able to play killer at all for over a week. I'd rather go back to the normal game. Please don't extend it.

I've been letting people farm vials alle vent and even more so since there's still people just starting or doing it due to work/server issues. Having it go till Sunday wouldn't be a bad thing since by then people should be able to finish.

I hope so. It would make up for all of the wait times, vial bugs, and time that people are losing to celebrate Halloween. I think it should be extended to either Sunday night or Monday night.2

I think it was a decent event, but really need the game to go back to normal now.
Although... I lost so much rank (not that I really care) between the reset and subsequent complete arseholery that's gone on during the Blight, that if they extended it, even as far as up to the next rank reset, then I'd not be losing out much more. Got two free outfits, will write off the entire month if necessary.

Considering how every other event in the past were extended even when there some issues like server issues, minor bugs, my guess is that the event will be extended by at least by 2 days. This time we've had players who couldn't collect vials due to a variety of bugs and matchmaking issues. Keeping this in mind, I think there's a very good chance.5

With the long queue times for killers in the past it would make sense to extend it for the weekend but with the vials change I think most will welcome the return of the normal game.
The problem is the game isn't as fun as survivor once you finish the vials as you are not participating as you were in the past ones and playing normally while two still need serum, I switched back to survivor once they changed how to earn the vials so those who play killer only could get lobbies quicker.
Killers who need hooks also get the short straw since those who have finished don't care what they need anymore, I still won't struggle if downed and only go back to normal play if they use a non event hook.0 -
I wouldn't want an extension, but I would like some compensation for all the petal offerings I am going to have left over due to the long killer queue times and not being able to use them.

enter a game fill ur vial 2/3s or to full fast vault near a hook to summon killer and sucicide on hook go to next game
personally i had my 30 survivor vials and 30 killer vials finished about an hour before they changed it to be 60 on killer OR survivor the que times never bothered me i just watched movies or anime or twitch streams while in lobby queue as killer
if u need help i can offer assassitance i body blocked and acted as bait so my GF could finish the 31 to 60 vial grind as she never plays killer even if i died long as she finished her vial i was happy so i can do same to help u out0 -

Hope not. Downloaded the remastered BioShocks and have been playing them in my off time instead of DBD. The killer ques are way too long.
