The My bloody valentine killer would be cool but he is pretty similar to trapper just without beartraps.
Other than that I've always wanted Jason Voorhees he is the best fit for this game out of any character from slasher movies.

I'd love an Asian ghost like Sumara where there are TVs across the map and she can teleport to any TV NOT (not crazy if you think as a fusion of Demo and Pig). And then she can cause madness just like Doctor by having people watch the video.
I would also love anything from Universal Studios (Wolfman, Dracula, Frankenstein).
I'd also like as a Survivor the Bride from Ready or Not. Such a great movie and I think her wedding dress would look fantastic all torn up on a map lol

Let me rephrase this its not that he isn't scary or a horrorifc character its just he seems too powerful to fit into this game it would be like if they put bright burn in because he is a scary character it just wouldn't make sense for him to be downscaled so much to fit into this game.

i think they should make the killers more terrifying, amp up the heartbeat, darken the screen, each killer has a specific scary music during chases, the survivors constantly trip over stuff, and fall. That’s the world I one day wanna live in.

Oh boy, do I have a huge list of things that I think would be cool.
I know he won't ever be able to be added, but I still wonder what Jason would look like in this game, or perhaps, Jason's mother instead.
I'd really like The Grudge, or maybe if they could incorporate the tapes in some way, Sadako from Ringu (The Ring). A Dark Water crossover would be cool, too, but I don't think it would work well as a killer. Also, self indulgent, but a Corpse Party crossover would be awesome.
The House of Wax killer, Vincent. Pennywise, from IT, although we already have a clown (but we have Hillbilly and Leatherface, so not sure that it matters).
And finally, as a survivor, I'd love to see Babydoll from Sucker Punch. That's a fever dream, though.

Now that I think about it too, Ben Willis, Hannibal, Victor Crowley, Harry Warden, Jeremy Melton, Three Finger, Leslie Vernon, Tall-Man, Herbert Wesk and Matt Cordell are the most overlooked by people.

I'll say it once, I'll say it again.
Jack Torrance from the Shining. (Specifically Stanley Kubrick's film. The book is definitely solid, but the movie is honestly so good. It's such a shame King didn't like it.)
The music would be amazing (Even though the DbD theme and the Shining theme are basically the same thing), the Overlook as a map would be amazing, Wendy (or even an adult version of Danny) would be amazing as a Survivor.
But, unfortunately, Jack Torrance is just a guy who went crazy.

I like playing Spirit, and I like the Killer, but I'd also like to see something more traditional Asian horror too. Even Sadako from Ringu (as opposed to the American remake where they made Sadako into a cute child for some reason).
I can envision Sadako crawling out of a generator like she does the television lol.

Preferably with Helen Shivers (Sarah Michelle Gellar) as the survivor.
Her chase scene is one of the best chases from the classical slasher movies.

Even having her window vault be some creepy contorted crawl lol. Or they could have dark water gush out of gens like they do blood with Freddy.
It's not a licensed Killer, but I think a Jiangshi would work well as a killer too. It's a mythical Chinese creature- like a hopping half vampire, half zombie.
My other idea which would be kind of funny with a high creep potential based on design is Russian Baba Yaga.

I've heard from friends that they want Springtrap from FNAF but personally I'd rather he not be added. If I had a choice I would have to pick something from Resident Evil. I know the clear pick is Nemesis but honestly a Regenerador could be awesome as well! Another pick that I would love would be the Volatile from Dying Light because well I just really like it! For movesets of characters I have no clue.

I don’t think I have seen any Chinese horror films. Japanese and Korean, sure, but Chinese. They’re either rare, or don’t make it to England.

When Anton comes near you he flips a coin and, after he orders you to "call it", you have to choose between heads or tails.
If you win Anton will compliment you by saying "Well done." He then walks away and the match results in a instant escape with every emblem maxed out.
If you lose Anton will automatically Mori you by shooting you were you stand with his shotgun resulting in a instant death and crash to desktop.

And...off the parrots go with Xeno, Jason, Springtrap etc.....Um...what part of "people forgot" are people missing here? Those killers are mentioned frequently. /facepalm

Less that people forgot and more that it's very niche, but IMO BHVR could do some very interesting things with The Batter from OFF (his name even already fits the conventions!). Something visual they could go for would be having it so when playing Killer you see The Batter as he looks for most of OFF, while survivors will see him as the Bad Batter, since in OFF the only thing that really changed is your perception of him.
Since there's already some discrepancy between how a killer sees their attacks and how survivors see it, it'd be neat to have it be more extreme (ie in this case The Batter sees himself smacking survivors with a baseball bat, while the survivors see a monster slashing at them with its claws)
Also a remix of Pepper Steak would make for some rad TR/Chase music.
Of course it'll never happen since it's a character from an old indie rpgmaker game, got no delusions there.
