Random Disconnect

Anyone else having their games randomly disconnect when you have good ping and then you get banned for it?

Just curious...

Also please get rid of the spam block. I have been trying to report bugs and it will not let me post new messages.

    You know, I haven't seen anyone else complain about it, and none of my friends have had an issue, and I didn't think much of it when it happened, but for the first time ever since I started playing DBD on PC rather than Switch, I randomly disconnected from a match as survivor last night. My internet was completely fine and I was on a wired connection on my PC. I never have internet drops like that and have never disconnected from Steam DBD before. I was able to get right back on immediately, since it didn't seem to actually be an issue with my internet. Of course, I did have the DC timer, which was unfortunate, but expected.


    Would be interesting to see if that was an issue more people experienced- I certainly was surprised when it happened to me.

    It just happened to me. I was on hawkins as cheryl and bing bong boye had just bing bonged at us when I got DCd. I got 3 separate errors, and one of them was related to a game save that failed to load.


    I got timed out for it, too.

    Yes it happened to me once last night. I was just randomly disconnected in the middle of a match. I've seen it happen in matches to other people too. When I am pretty sure they did not intend to disconnect.

    For example a Trapper who had two survivors dead with three gens still up. He was in the midst of carrying a survivor to the basement when he suddenly dc'ed. I highly doubt it was intentional.

    It happens every single patch... Some people start to get kicked out of the game for some reason, but if you open a ticket the response will be "the problem it's at your end and we're not doing a thing to help you". Believe me, been there, done that.

    Just happened to me. I opened the exit gate and was waiting for a teammate incase she needed my help. Then bam I got kicked out. It said "match server unavailable" in the end game chat but I could see my teammates still alive and I somehow had an escaped icon next to my nickname plus depipped. After that, I noticed that I got banned for disconnecting. Lobbies have been constantly crashing recently. The last patch seriously damaged the game all over. Sigh...
