This is their current logo on the Twitter acc.
Any ideas? A teaser for the next chapter? Or possibly something else?
Maybe they are finally embracing the bugs and glitches as a part of their identity :P

But yeah, I think we're looking at our first small clue to our next chapter. Also, I might be putting my tinfoil hat on right now and looking FAR too into this but, they also tweeted this as they changed their profilepic.
So, could we possibly be looking at another gaming franchise coming into DBD? I'd be SUPER HYPED if that's the case, won't lie.

Tinfoil hat or not, I agree with you. It might be a coincidence both things happening at the same time, and the Twitter DBD acc is famous for doing goofy tweets like that one from time to time, but both things could very well be related!

I really doubt that it'll be licensed, considering they still have 4 more realms to update, and they said not to expect new maps any time soon.

Ok but real talk, if the logo is indeed a teaser for the next chapter, and it happens to be a licensed one, most people are talking about either The Ring, FNAF, or Slenderman. There are probably other possibilities tho, so feel free to discuss them here if you want, but be respectful please! I don't want this thread to turn into a "yes, FNAF!" "no, no FNAF!" mayhem.

Not gonna lie, if the bugs (including the ones in game) were somewhat intentional as hinting to the next killer i wouldn't even be mad. Id be impressed and kinda find it amazing if the new killer was the cause.

I guarantee it's not nemesis, chucky, anything from Prey or FNAF.
There is no way it will be anything that elaborate; it will be something incredibly humanoid because it's easiest to work with, and be not too far off from abilities that already exist in the game. People always give bhvr too much credit haha.
Demogorgon was a MASSIVE leap for them and I imagine that is a one off- they can't even animate the jaws or anything on the Krampus/Minotaur skins for gods sake you think they can animate an animatronic robot? xD
