New Killer from Doctors Lore?

So with the little teaser with the Static PFP, image with monitors and Feng Min.. it just all screams Doctor to me. I highly doubt he is getting another rework.. but his map does technically still need breakable walls.. the only thing is though I have no idea who in Doctors lore it could be, now I need to refresh myself on his lore as I haven’t read it really at all.. though I am really thinking this next killer will have a connection to Doctor. Just like Spirit and Oni.
