Any tips on playing Nurse?
Got to rank 5 with her and Pig using no addons. I want the rank 1 achievement, any tips on how to use her? And maybe perks? My build currently is Agitation, Shadowborn, Nurse's and MYC. I would use BBQ over MYC but BBQ is only 1 while MYC is 3.
What is your Nurse build?

My current nurse build is Shadowborn, Sloppy Butcher, Blood Hound and BBQ with a pine cone and wooden horse. The sloppy butcher and blood hound is nice. It has helped me keep track of so many survivors where i would have otherwise lost them. Its especially useful on really dark maps or any of the corn maps. The range addons help alot aswell. It increases your map pressure and allows you to close alot of distance.
For someone looking to learn nurse at base i would recommend using Pocket Watch + Metal spoon. It keeps her blinks unaltered but you get lower fatigue time which can help lessen the blow of a misplayed blink. I am still a baby nurse and am no where near god tier but that is the build that has been working for me and i am at rank 1.

@Chi change agitation with bbq, you miss so much bloodpoints and lv 1 still can be helpful.
@SadonicShadow pocket watch only lessen the fatigue for blinks. if you blink + hit it doesnt trigger pocket watch. also to counter the downside of pocketwatch, useWhite Nit Comb instead of Metal Spoon cause the description oif the perks isnt right.
--Reduced Fatigue Time--
Pocket Watch (uncommon)
-14% fatigue time
+9% reappearance time--Increase Blink Charge Speed--
Metal Spoon (common)
+8% charge speed--Increase Blink Movement Speed--
White Nit Comb (common)
-9% reappearance time1 -

Ok long wall incoming, I love the Nurse, easily like 500 hours on her now or something, I'll give some tips.
Note: My build for a normal game, is Nurses Calling, Hex Ruin, Hex TOTH and BBQ (not a typical one, but my addons of Catatonic Boy's Treasure and Ataxic Respiration for max range blink (no penalty) makes protecting totems super easy with TOTH and it just sustains that pressure)
So, as a lot of players say, the Nurse is a high skill high reward killer, and it's no doubt, because of her ability and the practise it takes to manipulate it well. I'd say as @SadonicShadow mentioned, go for Pocket watch and Metal spoon for basic addons, to help crutch a misplayed blink, which may happen a lot if you're new to her.
When playing her, the usual game of dbd is subverted, loops don't exist, pallets basically don't exist, multi layer flooring is pointless etc etc, you get what I mean. But with this in mind, it takes a LOT of practise to use this to your advantage, because her ability is ALL about MUSCLE MEMORY
There is no simplified statistic to make it easier to understand, once you become comfortable with her blink, the distance and timing, what walls you'll be able to go through, if you'll make it up to the floor a survivor has run up to, how short you need to charge to pass through a pallet a survivor has just dropped in a chase etc, you'll find it almost second nature. That's the first wall you have to get through with the Nurse IMO
Secondly, once that's over with, then it becomes a matter of strategy and gameplay. Survivors will do their best to juke you (of course) from ranks onward wherein the games become actual battles of skill and wit (no offence intended). Doubling back, predicting if you'll try to cut them off (through a wall maybe) and will run the opposite way when you begin the blink, and, although underused in this current meta, stealth.
The Nurses biggest downside is her fatigue (because she heavily relies on vision, seems like an obvious point but eh). Because of this fatigue, survivors (in certain situations, on certain maps) have ample time to run behind obstacles, hide, change paths etc, all while you are blind because of the heavily limited vision and movement that ensues whilst being fatigued. This is where a lot of audio gameplay comes into factor (that being if you are close enough). I'll give a scenario that occurs to me a lot:
In a chase with either an injured or healthy survivor, I've misjudged a blink maybe and I come up short in any direction from them, it doesn't matter what. During my fatigue (which in a chase always feels a lot longer than it is) I rely maybe 95% of my tracking onto my audio. I listen for footsteps, which direction they are going, or if they're injured, which direction the injured noises are going. This way, your tracking can still be sustained in the chase. Vision is maybe 5% because even though your vision is extremely limited, sometimes survivors run through that vision and you can watch their feet, to see which direction they're going. Then, after the short window of not being able to move your direction, you can then move your vision accordingly to the sounds for when you come out of fatigue, to be able to see them (if they aren't behind a wall, again this is an attempt at a scenario, this all comes with experience.)For addons and perks, its a lot of personal preference. For players newer to the nurse (i'm not so confident with this) things like again pocket watch and metal spoon give some form of crutch (personal opinion). For more experienced players, I'd go for Catatonic (pine cone) and Ataxic (idk what this is called, tall bottle thing?). This is the usual max range blink build with the downside of decreased accuracy, which in all honesty, I feel no difference whether I have my accuracy decreased or not, I've never noticed a significant change. The range gives you a lot more opportunities for pressure, given that you can utilise it well.
Perks, for me, look to the note stated above. Typical builds can consist of Hex Ruin, BBQ, Nurses Calling, and then maybe a perk of your choice. MYC, Thrill, Shadowborn, etc etc, that one is personal for me, but the other three I think are almost a necessity in a typical build. There are other ones like the slug builds and what not, but this one I see the most.
But the underlying statement that I have for the Nurse is that there is no quickfire tutorial in which you become instantly good with her. It's a lot of practise, even now I learn things that can be used to my advantage, and also still make mistakes (most often with rock mounds, I always forget you can't pass through them). Some strategies at lower ranks, may not work at higher ranks, and you have to adjust accordingly, but again that comes with practise. You could go on for hours about situations and strategies, but that'd be a LOT of text.
Hope this helped somewhat ^^
EDIT 1 (02/11/18 2:02 GMT): A reason I don't recommend newer players going for the max range build is because it messes up muscle memory, you have to get used to it. ALSO, because I kind of can't player her without this build, It always makes me waste bloodpoints mostly on Ataxic, because of being a green, it doesn't show up often on bloodwebs.

No extra blinks (they are useless in my opinion)i prefer distance and speed addons. try not to start using her at a low rank such as 5 itll make trying to learn her harder. Just keep playing her and also learn how to calculate were survivors will spawn in relation to were you spawn.
Good luck on rank 1 m8 (i got it using nurse to)

@SadonicShadow
yes, u got me. pocketwatch decreases movement speed instead of charge speed.
i got all the perk numbers from a dev stream, sadly he took this vod offline.i also found a good nurse guide, that says the description from the addon is wrong.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfnmZvK4l88as perks i use always bbq&chili, nurse calling , shadowbown , the 4th is my flex perk
as flex i use ruin, sloppy butcher, make your choice, rancor, haunted ground.
cause of the healing nerf i just use sloppy butchersometimes i switch from shadowborn to monitor&abuse when using range addons.
they dont hear you coming and you can grab them from gens,0 -
