Is it fair?
Having red rank killers go against a team of green rank survivors and even a rank 13 ? What in the world is wrong with the balance in this game? Is this some kind of a cheat killers do or are the devs just “really good” at what they’re doing?

The issue is there is not enough killers. How long did you wait in the queue?

Honestly I see smurf squads of survivors exploit this (all red rank with 1 yellow on a second profile) just so they can harass a green rank killer... Killers have no such way to manipulate matchmaking.

First of all this is not an excuse for this thing EVER. Secondly, I did not wait more than 30 seconds to get into a game. And I don’t really think that there’s not enough killers anyways because these times that the survivors are screwed over with are golden for the killers no matter how much a killer main would complain they’ve got the upper hand in terms of normal gameplay “ I started playing killer from time to time because of it “ . There is no excuse for not being enough killers? OK.
I don't know what 30-second queue matches you are running but most of us are minutes, often 5-10+, even with cross play on. Killers are no wait.
The longer you wait, the more likely you will get matched with a killer of varied skill.

If it helps, my queue time in solo q surv are 10 seconds to 45 seconds tops. I'm often paired with a rainbow that can include a Killer way below my rank or way above my rank. I don't consider 45 seconds a long time to wait.

lol I’m not ignoring that. I know for a fact that this happens but I’m not the kind of guy that talks in behalf of people. I’m stating my problem as a survivor and that’s it. The thing you’re mentioning is a big f up from the devs and it’s obvious. The survivors’ problem isn’t so obvious as the killers because no one can say for a fact that its just because “there ain’t no killers”. Survivors got problems and so do Killers. The one at fault is known to us all. Don’t go starting a Survivor vs Killer war.

So for example, if there’s a glitch in the game who’s fault is it? The devs right? That’s what I’m saying. AND by killers cheating if someone abused a glitch or whatever isn’t it the same? And I was asking I wasn’t making a statement when I said that. I’d suggest you think a little bit more before responding but nonetheless good point buddy !

the game is back to killers moving on again lol now that hitboxes are fixed. some survivors went to killers now are back on their survivors. others, I assume more new or moderately skilled killers after riding such a long dopamine high for nearly a few weeks straight with bad hitboxes justa ren't feeling the game's state is stimulating/fun enough for them any more and are lacking the enthusiasm to play for a while. That's just how our reward system works, you can't fault them for that you're as susceptible to it yourself.
There's a reason people offer incentive to work after all, otherwise we'd all steal our food and spend the rest of the day chasing dopamine only doing anything that was absolutely essential or that we would be forced to do if it wasn't fun or satisfying enough in comparison. That's why I'd rather chitpost on the game's forums than play the game lol. I get more out of it. A lot of the red kilelrs you're seeing might also be newer killers, since they had afew weeks of easys treet and if they played enough they got to red rank. Those would be the ones that got used to kilelr more easily, so some wills tick around a bit longer, but I imagine the ones that can't handle the fixed hitboxes will also drop off within the week. Queue times should be back up to 20 minutesish in the evening again for surivors by monday lol. And now you can see why it's more fun chitposting than playing the game.

Ranks rarely mean a whole lot I don't take a ton of stock in them.
I had an all red rank group of PC potato's earlier, and got destroyed by some green and brown rank console survivors shortly after, same killer.

being able to connect a swing 1 second after somebody had launded from a vault, turned, and was running while the killer was even a little back from the other side of the vault area is pretty ######### easy street for a killer dude. somebody with down syndrome was expected to be able to kill a person in most of their matches if the match had the wonky shitboxes. thatw as why some survivors jumped onto kilelr for once and others stopped playing until it was fixed. While it was busted I was able to actually get lobbies as survivor int he evening in less than a minute consistently. As expected, once that problemw as finally fixed along with the new janky turns, survivors are now complaining about queue time going back up again. because only sweat factories are enjoying playing killer again obviously.

If you read the patch notes, or better played killer, you would find out none of this occurred on the killer side.

Fun fact : I don’t really care about what you have or the posts and “data”, I believe what I see. I’m having less than 60-30 seconds wait times and I’m seeing that I’m not alone actually. SocialDistomancy is on point with what he said I actually agree with him. Trust yourself man don’t trust those who put an excuse to every problem you face.

yet it still occurred survivor side, which affected their decision making capability and their ability to react coupled especially with the janky movement restrictions that came alongside it. If you could learn to think outside of one perspective, you would understand that regardless of how it looked on most killers' screens how it appeared on survivors' screens still made it incredibly impacting and gave a lot of killers hits they would not have gotten with accurate depiction of killer positions on those survivors' screens. so keep being a smartass, it doesn't make you right. I obviously did read the notes, that's how I know they fixed the issue. To be so arrogant to ass ume that people don't skim the patchnotes for online games, especially ones as broken as this one is every other patch.

Yes, it does. I ain't in easy street. Killers likewise experienced missed hits and other errata. You both are talking a bit like greens.

purple when I played actually, but what does that matter when dealing with a dude clearly baiting fights. it doesn't look too good outside a small circle jerk to brag about playing so much of a chiddy game that you got the achievement for most time played in a month. That looks real sad to some people. and it's funny too, I'm imagining steve urkel responding to me now actually.

If you don't enjoy survivor, then just play killer. But tell us, how long it takes until you go back to survivor.
