Resident evil would be a good choice and id be a little surprised 8f they don't come in either this or the next chapter since they have a lot going for them this year.
At least one of the next 2 chapters will be licensed (possibly both but unlikely).
A werewolf or scarecrow type killer would fit in pretty well
