You can't see much extra but I tried brightening up the image, you can just see the lips slightly better, confirming that they are female or feminine

The red/blue lights plus the name and logo of Mightee One make me think either E-sports (I am aware Feng Min is already here) or Formula 1 racing (again a little similar to yui) more than k-pop, although I would be first to admit K-pop isn't my area of expertise

Forgive me if I am wrong, I have never played resistance, but the image on their Twitter doesn't look like any of the characters here, they all have the wrong length and style hair, plus there is the fact that resistance and dbd are direct competitors, so unless Resistance is giving up there is no reason for them to help dbd by giving them licenced characters

Magnum Opus usually means something that has absolutely peaked in terms of art and creativity.
Like how some say "Ratatouille" is the magnum opus of Pixar.

Looks like it could be Jill Valentine. Red and blue are the police lights. Magnum Opus is Mastermind as someone else already said.
Seems the most likely if a licensed killer, if not than something original.

My bets are on it being an original chapter if anything, something from BHVR's own lore
Also none of the skyscrapers are identifiable enough to be from anywhere particular in the world but my bets are it isn't set in Asia like a lot of people are saying, Asian skyscrapers are usually taller and thinner!
Edit: Having a closer look at the building makes me think of London, Canary Wharf to be exact!

Magnum Opus, when searched along with the keyword "horror" brings up Layers of Fear. It is possible the killer could be the painter, who slowly goes mad throughout the story, and the protagonist could be his daughter, from Inheritance, with the new map being his ever-changing mansion.

That ain't Mightee One, though. From what people have looked up, "Mightee One Entertainment" does not appear to refer to something that exists (outside of the upcoming Dead By Daylight chapter, presumably).

Adding to my last post I just noticed a few things. There no reflection of her taking picture of the the coffee cup also I wonder if it's a reflection of a castle rather than a skyscraper on the cup. She maybe a Vampire which would be my second guess adding she work all night.

If we believe most theory that the character posting on their Twitter is some kind of singer ( some believe K-Pop ) her masterpiece ( Magnus Opus ) could be an hypnotic song/music capable of taking control of people and technology (hacking) therefore she could be called The Mermaid
