Time ban for game crashing?
So my game keeps crashing and I have had a 29 minute ban twice tonight because of the game crashes from last night and tonight. It’s frustrating that not only have I lost my points in the game, but double punishment by getting a long ban for something out of my control. Is this normal?

I reckon that's fair since I don't think there's a way for the game, a BHVR game especially, to determine whether you've left or crashed.
It's also a fair point to make that if it's crashing that often maybe look into why it's crashing before starting another game?
It's unfortunate but I'm pleased there's a ban for DC's

Like @Bastard_Disaster said, there is no way for the game to detect why you DCed. So you first should try to figure out a fix for the problem, or, if it is not on your side, open a Bug Report with all information available so that BHVR can look into it.
Trying again and again will just increase the penalty and for the other players in the Trial it does not matter if you DC because of a Ragequit or if you DC because of technical issues.

Pretty sure it was the game as I checked my internet and there was no issue. My headset never disconnected which is wireless. On one game, I just went through the hatch and just stayed in it but not escaping...then got banned again. I wouldn’t say that I was trying again and again as it did not happen every game and I was in a team with friends so the ban effects them too. It was 5 times over two days and we play a lot! Anyway will make a bug report. Thanks
