Survived a match with over 25k BPs, still lost a pip

What else was I supposed to do? Kick the killer in the nuts? It's ridiculous that you do everything, and then actually survive the matchs, but oh no, you still derank, what a joke.

    Trust me specific killers that's not the exception but the rule sadly and thus is one of the reasons why the devs are trying to push for MMR over the current pip system.

    The event is still up, yes? You get thousands of bonus points because of it.

    Point total doesn't really determine your value in the match anyways. A player who got 15K and last place could be better than a player who got 28K and first place if they ran a 5-gen chase and escaped. You didn't get any altruism or objective points, but you still carried the match.

    Killer is a lot worse honestly. I've had games where I gst all kills and still depip. Very frustrating.

    BP and pipping isn't tied together at all.

    Dont forget if you use a event offering you get 15k for doing all gens, iv had games over so fast iv depipped just because I haven't had enough time to physically get points in certain categories. But bp and emblems are completely different a great example is totems give boldness bp but awards objective emblem. Either way games imbalanced and survivor is the easiest role, have 4 efficient survivors and it's to easy

    Considering the fact you can get 9k points just for jumping into the pity escape I doubt you were the one doing all the work.

    BP and emblems aren't linked. Say you bought a red envelope offering- that's 3k points for a gen even if you didn't do the gen. Then say you cleansed all the totems, that gets you 5k points. If you were the obsession you get an additional 1,500 bp for escaping. Basically you can still accumulate a lot of points in the trial but not do well in the emblems.

    I'm not saying you did nothing in the trial btw, and atm I think emblems are still broken for survivors, so try not to let if bother you too much, I'd prioritise bp over emblems since there is more of a use to bp than emblems :)
