Error w/ the vials
Having a bit of a panic here as the event just ended and the last vial I collected didn't get counted when the game ended and now i'm stuck with 29 vials when i'm 100% sure it was full. Is there any hope to have the vial compensated or something as I rushed to earn these and am irate that i'm missing out on the full outfit because of a technicality.

same here, i have 19 vials and filled up the last vial completly but doesnt count for me.
sadly when you start the game before , but game ends after the event timer runs out, the progression dont count

Got in contact w/ customer support and hoping for the best; hope that peeps who experienced this can get that missing vial.

Once the event was over at 2:00pm est your vial won't count as completed if the trial ended after 2 pm. It is not a bug. You ran out of time.

Considering the vial was already filled when I finished the match should determine that I got the reward not some absolute deadline that withholds the reward because you didn't bail from the match soon enough. Combined with the crazy grind I had to do to get the 39 remaining vials in about half a day just to fall short stung, that and I don't believe they intended it to be so strict that the game would withhold that last vial but It's something I could be equally wrong about; so in the end it's just a hope that I can still get the last one but I doubt i'll perish if things don't work out.
