Is there a limit to the number of in-game blocks??
Recently I've no longer been able to block users in game, when I click 'block' nothing happens.
When I unblock an already blocked player and then block someone else it works.
The only explanation to this I can think of is there's a limit to the number of in-game blocks, which is totally absurd.
Does anyone know if I'm correct?
tbh it's hard to understand why they would have a limit to such thing, it's not like toxic players cease to exist beyond a certain point.

You cannot block players so you are not matched with them.
You can only block chat messages from them.
If you are using a third party program like MLGA this no longer works as the game uses dedicated servers now and that only worked when the killer was the host and the game showed each individual IP. Even then if the IP was dynamic it would only work for a short period of time until that got refreshed with a new one.

Just had confirmation that in-game blocks are limited in number.
Might as well use in-game block exclusively for console players and use steam block for PC users

Neither of those options prevent you from being matched with those players. Whomever "confirmed" this for you was mistaken.
Let me put it as plainly as possible: there is no DbD feature that lets you influence the matchmaker.

I'm only concerned about the number limit to how many players I can block.

One can only get so good with Legion, it's one of the worst killers in game. You're not bad at Legion, it's just a trash killer. Would prefer Blight over Legion every time if you ask me, Blight excels in every aspect.
