Progress missing, auric shell ,bloodpoint, iridescent shard gone

So when i try login all my auric shell ,bloodpoint, iridescent is be 0 number for no reason...but my level character is still same for the free character, but for they pay ones is gone too..

  Sounds like you lost your progress.

  Dbd support will only give you bloodpoints back :((
