So just now we got this teaser on their Twitter:
Which seems to be a conversation between two people, one named "YUN-JIN" and one UNKNOWN. YUN-JIN sounds like a woman, whilst UNKNOWN sounds like a dude. This is held entirely in Korean but thankfully someone in the comments translated it:

"YUN-JIN: The interview that was held on Saturday was canceled. And on that day, don't come near the studio and take a break. It may be difficult... that day...
UNKNOWN: What day is special?
YUN-JIN: Saturday is that day... That's a year from the day of the fire.
UNKNOWN: Then everyone will pay attention. Hold the interview again. you can do it."

to me it sounds like :
it's about the anniversary date of a fire accident.
This could be related to the fire and explosion emojis used with the teaser to body reveal the survivor.
Meaning the survivor could have been a victim of the fire and has bad burned scars on their face, this is why we don't get to see it. And that "Magnum Opus" is their new album, their comeback after a break to recover from their wounds physically and psychologically.

I know it is translated right there, but I wish I knew more than just english. I have had spanish classes for 3 years and I still don't know how to have a conversation in that language :(

I wonder if the powers & perk are related with time control or something.
The wording of the interview is off. It speaks in past and present about the Saturday. One minute it refers it already happen (interview that was held ended up being canceled) then it seems like it talks about it as it's going to happen again.
This also could be poor translation.

If it was in German I'd have had a half-decent shot at it but unfortunately the most Korean I know is romanised and song lyrics haha.
But yeah, it takes quite a bit of time to try and learn another language. I'm only able to have pretty basic conversations in German and I could definitely survive if I had to live there/Austria but I'd struggle pretty badly lol

Okay, I'm Korean so I'll clear things up for ya'll.
The woman is in the higher position here. I think it's the man's manager or smth since she says: μ¬λλ‘ ν΄ meaning: rest for that day.
This is written in a demanding tone and you don't usually use "~ν΄" unless you really want that person to do as you wish.
The man seems like a oblivious one who doesn't seem to remember any of the past events since "λ¬΄μ¨ νΉλ³ν λ μ΄μΌ?"/"Is the day special?" sounds very annoyed.
He also says everything will be okay and that the fire will attract more crowd suggesting that he wants all the attention available.
Hope we get more in the future :)

I think the male is a celebrity/singer.
He had a fire incident the past year, but doesn't seem to mind it as much as the lady does.
The woman is a lot older (judging by her voice). I think I recognize the VA thought... not sure...
The male AKA unknown sounds like a survivor of an incident, hence I think he might be the new survivor...

If the Survivor is male, then who is the girl with the blue outfit? I doubt Behavior would've made a full model for something that won't appear in the game.

my theory: Killer is the one to be interviewed and was injured in the fire being discussed. I would guess that the killer then was a famous K-Pop star and lost their career through horrible disfigurement. Survivor is the interviewer (presumably Yun-Jin)
For the record that makes 3 survivors related to the media (Jane, Zarina, Yun-Jin)
Seems like BHVR has some beef with media figures

Absolutely no clue.
It's definitely NOT Yun-Jin.
Her position, tone and attitude does not sound anything close to the blue outfitted figure in the pictures before.
I'd say she's in her mid 40's at least.
She uses no slangs nor does she use honorifics to the man, who I think is younger than her.
I'm throwing out that the male could be the survivor since we literally know nothing about the dude yet he had survived things before. Just my two cents.

i never said the unknown voice is the survivor voice.
For me it's just a discussion about a fire accident, the survivor is not on it.
Also hard not to take it personally when you take a superior tone. ;)

Well, jester20k did specify teaser trailer, and I honestly can't disagree given previous teasers in the past, such as:
The Blight's shadow showcasing his painful transformation in the monstrosity he has become.
The Deathslinger's spear gun chains moving across the ground.
The Oni's tour of the Yamaoka estate, showcasing his mask sucking up blood.
The Spirit's depicting her painful demise and dismemberment at the hands of her father.
You get the point.
An audio excerpt of an interview seems pretty lame in comparison.

and whilst those were more exciting for "oo what's this" i find this teaser trailer incredibly interesting for other reasons- the sheer amount of information you can get from this interview. who's YUN-JIN, who's the other person, what fire are they talking about, or which interview?

Could it be possible that the Killer was trapped in the fire themself (either because they caused it and it backfired or they are simply a victim)?

After reading all the comments and looking at the evidence, I think the Killer might be a burn victim who worked as a music producer/ musician. Another hint is that the Behavior twitter profile hides a person's face, that person might be the Killer and their face could be heavily charred and disfigured from the fire. The survivor most likely is the girl with blue hair.

This dude is definitely involved in the fire. I'm guessing his GF or someone died in the fire that he cared about.
He erased it out of his head all this time and is now semi-cynical about the whole thing, trying to make it seem he's over with it.
Maybe the dead person (GF, sister, whoever younger) haunts the social medias pretending to be alive yet some how will end up facing the man once more in the realm...
OR
The person has gone missing (no bodies found or smth) and she's actually been taken by the entity!
If that's the case, I have no idea who the killer would be... maybe the perpetrator?
I personally find this a little cliche tho, not gonna lie π

I think it's this time where he would be taken by the entity and never to be seen again.
That's why he's "unknown" while Yun-Jin is named already. She's not important to the plot.

A smart move IMO. My first though was: the Survivor is named Yun-Jin. But as @Kolossoni said, she could be not that important. I love those teasers which make us thinking and discussing.

Yeah, I had chills crawling up my spine.
Hearing it in your own language really does spice things up for the listener. Immersive to the best.
BHVR is really taking this chapter to a whole 'nother level.

No official source, but the PTB basically has always gone up on the first Tuesday after the Chapter teasers start rolling in.
That would be tomorrow. It fits the timeframe.
