I'm playing on PS5 and loving the graphics and stuff. Had some issues on PS4 with console noise and unfortunately it seems the same for the new one. Anytime I'm on a menu screen the PS5 makes a very noticeable buzzing noise. Literally the only game that acts this way. Does anyone have any idea why the game would be making my brand new console sound busted?

    Hi, any update on this? I have the same issue and I can see some other posts on the forum but with no solution.

    As OP has said, problem only occurs on dead by daylight, and buzzing stops very briefly when the game is loading something.

    While I can't say its the same. What it sounds like is GPU coil-whine.

    Doesn't happen for me. Do you have your system placed horizontally or vertically?

    And on a side note has anyone else on PS5 noticed that since the latest 4.5.0 patch onwards we went from 4k back to PS4 graphics.... Still not even acknowledged. I literally just load the PS4 version as it's no different visually anymore...

    Yea when it was first out on PS5 the icons and screen resolution were about half the size. Since 4.5.0 it's back to the same as PS4, it's literally no different now...
