Regarding NOED - it actually got more nerfed than buffed

I find it hilariously ironic that people are complaining about NOED's "buff" when it actually got even more nerfed than buffed.
A perk shouldn't be forced to be T3 to make it not worthless, that's why T1 and T2 were given Exposed.
You know what they lost?
Before they were 3/4/4 percent movement speed and now they're 2/3/4 percent.
But they completely lost their attack cooldown speed which was 4/8/8 percent each - it doesn't exist anymore.
NOED should have applied Exposed on all tiers regardless. With these RNG bloodwebs a Killer can go from Level 1 to 50 and only get T1 NOED, which was literally a useless perk. Now it actually has worth outside of T3.

"Survivor mains" are literally complaining about a Killer perk being nerfed.

They also got nerfed by the fact that now everyone expects you to be running it so they destroy all the totem regardless. Back in the day you never really cared for totems now its pretty much becoming a staple thing to hunt.

    Who's complaining ?
I only see the usual childish threads like 'remove swf, just got 4K's against SWF, fix gen rush without giving any example' and the ocasional flame/bait thread, what's the point of this ?

And to say it got rather nerfed than buffed takes away from your credibility

Before I start let me say I don't like NOED since it basically removes any skillful play just like DS but you cannot say it didn't receive a nerf. How many games did you play before the change where all 5 totems were hunted down and not simply cleansed if you happened to need points? Now since people know the perk has become popular hunting totems is on the list of things to do almost every match. As a result there is no more surprise NOED because the totems are already broken. The only time I ever see NOED activated (I play solo survivor) is on maps like The Game or Treatment Theater were they are hidden somewhat well. You cannot lump everyone who says the perk was hit with a "shadow nerf" under the same blanket as those who complain about everything in this game.

To be fair, no one's going to miss that 8%.

Lol, yeah. No one in the history of this game has ever said "oh man! if I only had 8% faster hit recovery then I totally could have stopped that survivor from escaping!" You literally can't tell the difference.

This thread is not valid at all. Noed got buffed idk what the point of making this was lol. Its more fair for the newer players now, though.

The only people complaining are bad survivors. NOED doesn't activate unless the survivors are bad.

I have just started missing it after this thread—it’s essentially another stack and a half of STBFL. I thought it still had it :(

They complain no matter what. Doesn’t matter at this point. They’re pollution. And like pollution, it dilutes eventually.

Eh, SC is alright in my book. The healing nerf did some damage to SC (not very much, but enough) DS needs the nerfhammer though.

Both are crutches. A survivor shouldn't be self sufficient.
