  I think its kinda funny that Windstorm has been added to Wraith's base kit twice now.

  First when oldWindstorm gave you a post-decloak speed boost, now with the new Windstorm that boosts the during-cloak speed boost.

  That’s incredible so he now moves at 150% base that’s amazing the change he needs to be perfect with his true invisibility he might be a lot better now
