A few concerns with Starstruck.

Please don't write off what im about to say but I have a few concerns about Starstruck.

It gives survivors in your terror radius a long exposed status effect when ever you pick up a survivor. I could see this stacked way too well with perks and addons that increase your terror radius, which would be fine if the exposed wasn't so long.

Also how would this pair with dark devotion? When it's activated and the obsession have your terror when you pick up a survivor will any other survivor near the obsession be exposed?

Please feel free to tell me if it's nothing to worry about and if my concerns are unfounded.

Well I dont think that it is that strong. I mean it just leave you exposed for 30 seconds in it's maximum and it has 90 second cooldown. It also only affect the ones that are in the killer's terror radius.

Myers in Tier 3 without any add-on will expose you all for 60 seconds and we play againts Myers.

Hex:Devour Hope after the 3rd hook will be exposed you during the whole game unless you cleanse the totem

NOED will exposed you during the whole endgame unless you clean all dull totems or find the hexed one.

In my humble opinion there is nothing to worry

You can easily W away from most killers for 30 seconds if you start running on the pick up. I'm not concerned about this perk at all.

There's really not many useful applications of this perk except to discourage bodyblocking, so nothing really to worry about. Maybe with Agitation but still that's 2/4 perks for something that might never even work. Afaik the duration would not be extended from other perks, but from watching Zubat it seemed like the exposed duration does reset if you leave the TR and re-enter the TR.

The perk is extremely weak. Even paired with perks like Infectious Fright, it won't help much, since you're slowe than survivors while carrying someone. If you pick up and then drop a survivor to chase the one exposed, you've already lost like 5 seconds of the exposed timer and if they hold W, they won't get hit.

It does it's job right though. If you're tired of survivors bodyblocking hook, then you've got a perk that makes sure that won't happen. Cooldown is just way too long though.

I would combine it with Agitation tbh

I mean, it only really stops body blocking - and that isn't much of an issue anyway.

lmao it's complete junk. It's designed to scare rank 20 survivors away from the hook rather than actually let you instadown someone.

It has a long cooldown even in tier 3 to discourage abuse such as slugging and dropping repeatedly.

Its really just to discourage body blocking, and discourage survivors floating around a hook waiting for a save.

Agitation, Mad Grit/Lightborn, Starstruck, and Iron grasp.

    Just an idea.

The only issue with the perk is it is another indirect nerf to MoM

I'm going to 100% get hit by this perk and think that the killer is hacking after forgetting the perk exists.

I get your fears, but rest assured that it pretty much just exists to prevent bodyblocking.

It would probably work with dark devotion, but not in any way that would be especially useful?

Agitation, iron grasp, and infectious fright. You could definitely replace iron grasps with mad grit.
