spectate bugging the results page

after i spectate the match i cant enter options, cant watch persons steam, cant report or anything.
is that some kinda game feature or is it a bug?

    When you leave spectate, to the menus, just tab over and back, ive noticed it as well but tabbing the pagss usually works for me. On console at least, where triggers control that.

    Edit: Nevermind just saw the clip. No idea what thats about.

    but you see this as well, right?
    it happens every match for me! like each and every match! if i spectate - everything like options\report\check steam profile cant be pressed!
