Yep witnessed it a lot the killer going afk after the gates have opened. Is it bannable?

If everybody's is max health, the doors have been opened, and they don't have NOED, there basically no reason to even bother. Sometimes, survivors will let you get one parting hit, but most of them just teabag and Dead Hard through the gate. I'd rather not give them the satisfaction, personally.

Yes I've done it on occasion, even earlier once last gen pops.
If I got stomped, I'm frustrated more than usual because of survivor behavior, there's little chance of me downing anyone, and I have a feeling the survivors are just going to drag out EGC, I may AFK and do other things and hope survivors get the memo and quicky leave so we can go onto the next match. I played until the game was effectively over. Lets move on.

Yeah, it's not uncommon and I even do it myself if the game is over and I have no leverage against the survivor(s).
I already know the vast majority just want to TBAG and have me observe them leave as a ''F you'' type gesture. I just tab out, watch some youtube and laugh at them wasting their own time.

If I got rekt and/or I know I can't do anything more to win or get at least one more down, I'd just run on the map using my power for a little bit more of point or looking for pallets/breakable walls to destroy.
And why tf should that be bannable, lmao? It's not even a bad manner. I'd rather see the little kids who stay at the gate like they wait for a hit and dead hard away get banned. Congratulations, now I don't give the last hit at the gate anymore.

Cuz i witnessed 5 kilers today who went afk after the gates were open. Again i cant blame the killer i do that too

There's no gameplay whatsoever once the gates are open assuming the survivors are there so I'm fairly confident it's not bannable.

To farm some points. Getting hit get you points, hitting get you points. Everybody is happy. Or should be.
There was an age, eons ago, where you could farm for some time at the end game, with 3 to 4 Survivors who'd just let you hit them, get healed and hit again for a few secs. These times are gone now.

If the killer plays well and loses and goes AFK at the end I'll sometimes run to them and give them a kill to be nice. This is pretty rare though.
More often I'll see killers who play badly and get stomped on. I'll take my 5k escape points and move on. I feel sympathy, as I'm a killer main myself and I've been there.
At the same time, there's much respect for them for losing with dignity rather than playing with NOED or facecamping.
But still... 5k points is 5k points.

I have done it three or four times today after getting matched with high ranks that bullied me. I just didn't want them to get the satusfaction of teabagging in my face. I'm sure once they saw they escaped a rank 15 they weren't so proud tho :(

If I go to a gate, and the other one opens, i just open the gate im at and stand there. Not AFK but more like "im not running to an open gate to get teabagged on, but if you guys wanna come to this gate, I wouldn't mind giving you a parting smack"

Some wait to let the killer farm hits for bloodpoints, but honestly from my experience, the vast majority don't give you hits and just want you to observe them leave as a salty move.

I don't DC I go AFK. Why should I lose my points and DC is such an aggro move compared to AFK.
Man it's the worse when they're all hanging out at the gate emoting for you to come and you just want them to leave. Finally you go to them thinking they're trying to be nice giving you some free hits and they just leave you with nothing.

If the killer had a rough game and don't play like a jerk I'll try to have them hit me out so they can get a few extra points. Unfortunately alot of survivors are just being jerks.

Don't do that. Just leave. If I've had a bad enough match where I go afk I don't give a damn about a few measly points. You're just wasting my time and making it take longer for me to start working on feeling better. Do your stuff and leave don't hold me hostage and make me wait till the egc forces you too.

I mean you can do it even before then and you are unlikely to be banned. You have to go pretty ham with the AFK as killer to get banned.
Like, forcing de-ranks and such, or AFKing super early on for a lot of games.

Like, if you have killers that are afk-farming, they ought to get yeeted. But everyone else... like you dunno what came up for the player to have them go afk (e.g. a friend had their cat tear down the curtainrod. that has priority over the game)

I do it if I didn't max my wglf stacks during the match. They come hit someone and then me I can get 2 stacks ez that way. I don't teabag or taunt though, I just politely wait at the exit line for my whacks.

Why would it be bannable? Bannable is holding the game hostage, if the gates are open hes not holding you hostage you can escape. Its probably because he doesn't want to chase you at the gates to see you Tbag and get extra escape points
