If you go into "kill your friends" you can see the 3rd level of the perks.
They aren't much different though really. Here's what I remember seeing in a video I was watching earlier. (I don't have PTB)

Killer's:
Lasts 14 seconds instead of 10.
Each token gives 10 seconds instead of 8.
I think it's 70 second cooldown instead of 90? Not sure on this one.

Survivor's:
Gain 3 tokens instead of 1. (massive buff compared to the rest of the perks)
Lasts for 10 seconds instead of 6.
Exhaustion lasts for 40 seconds not 60.

That Survivor's backstory ends really darkly, like The Spirit or Hag. If I didn't know I'd say based on those last statements Yun-Jin was the Killer.

In your opinion. Some people might find him to be extremely scary. You are basing it on looks, and that's your choice. But fear and horror is about more than that. 🤷♀️

Perks are looking interesting, Killer looks meh. But i will wait until i can finally play against him. At the moment he sounds like a faster but weaker huntress with worse addons.
Crowd control sounds nice though, might get crutch with undying because of how long you basically can´t loop around T/L´s etc. Does it only block one window at a time or all windows which are fast vaulted?

Haven't had the chance to test but from just reading it it seems like it's any window for 10 seconds, regardless of if there's already one blocked. Also seems like it blocks it for all survivors.

It would be fine with a very short cooldown, but as a totem perk not so much. Kinda trash even at 14 seconds.

So it looks like we have another chapter with some eh perks and a really cool looking killer.
Killer perks:
Hex: Crowd Control seems like an alternative to Bamboozle but without you having to physically vault the window to block it. Good chase potential but it's tied to a totem so it can be taken away. I'd give it a C.
No Way Out seems like it could be very powerful under the right conditions but i'm sure survivors will just play hide and seek until that 40 seconds (at tier 3) is up and then go to gates. A good killer can make use of that 40 seconds though, especially if NOED is up. I'd give it a B.
Starstruck is good for stopping people from body blocking but with there being a hook literally every 10 steps in most maps now, that's honestly useless. If someone gets the exposed status, you'd assume they would get out the way and not try to take the hit anyway. D tier probably.
Survivor Perks: (pretty much all trash for like the 4th chapter in a row but let's talk about them anyway)
Fast Track: Oh yay.... a perk to make gens gens get done a whole 3% faster per hook at tier 3. That's riveting. C or D tier.
Self Preservation: I guess this helps with some stealthy gameplay if you want to sneak in for a flashlight save? In most other situations, if you're 12 meters away from the person being hit, the chances are the killer already sees you or you aren't their target and they're going to chase whoever they hit making your scratch marks irrelevant. Still that being said, I guess there's potential for stealth which is severely lacking in the game so it's somewhere between C and B tier.
Smash Hit: Great for breaking chases, does not need that hefty a cooldown on the exhaustion effect. Requires you to actually get the stun. B tier at best and that's being generous.
Overall the perks probably won't get much use but the killer looks really cool from what I've seen and I like the new survivor as well aesthetically. We'll see how this plays out

Well I didn't find legion scary either, the legion the whole name just sounds like something edgy 2000's kids would find cool. Honestly I would rather have fnaf than this dude at least animetronics have some kinda fear factor especially submerged ones but who's really scared of kpop people? 🤣

Ghostface is incredibly popular in the FF/LGBTQ+ twt community and he has less than Trapper, someone only slightly less popular. How are you so sure that this killer will be the one to break anything and not literally anything else we've had before?

I think the really big thing is the Laceration meter as mechanic. It's kinda the thing everyone wanted for Legion. But now they probably wont be getting it as they'd become too similiar to the new guy.
But the mechanic in itself is really interesting and can be used for lotsa stuff. ( I mean, even i have an old killer concept that uses it lol )

This killer is quite weak from what I've seen. It takes 8 blades for a health state where slinger and huntress take 1 shot

Yeah, I'm really hoping they reduce that, maybe to 4. I don't think it should just be 1, because they are small knives, but if you took 4 of those bad boys to the body you're definitely going to have a problem.
