Dropping frames
I've been dropping frames a lot as killer recently (on live) for absolutely no reason. Survivor is fine and all.
Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

Got no clue, it's dbd though, you should expect bugs or whatever.

Frame drops on DBD isn't anything new, we were promised optimization back in 2019...

I've been having this problem yesterday as well
My friend who was playing with me had the same problem
We also had lag freeze as well, to top it off.
The killers also reported some unusual FPS themselves.

It is ridiculous that devs still hasn't added an ingame option for DX12 which on some systems can fix stuttering and increase FPS with 80% in CPU bound situations. Anyways just add -DX12 to the startup parameters for DBD and your dropping frames should be fixed. If your game crashes while tapping out of the game in DX12 mode, just add -FULLSCREEN to the startup parameters.
BHVR really doesnt give a (not family friendly word) about performance.

Yes, sad. We've been dealing with this on console for years now. Very sad...
